“I was satisfied at McDonald’s because the service was quick, the food was fresh, I got the $5 McDouble bundle with a caramel frappe and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly, and I would like to thank the young lady named Brianna with the nice colorful braids who helped me. She was very kind and friendly, and very helpful. My only dislike was that a male manager was not so kind when it came to my order.
Parking: I was pulled to the 1 spot, and it was nice to sit there and wait, and the young lady gave me a laugh even tho it was freezing outside, and she had no jacket on
Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness could use some work some managers were using horrible language, and I saw a little work boy smoking.“
“Employees were more concerned with drive thru service than waiting on or helping customers in the lobby. Kiosks are way slower to place your order, than using a trained employee at a register. No condiments available for self retrieval, you have to ask for EVERYTHING you didn’t get on your tray when dining in. Obviously, I’m not in favor of this “self service” era and my interactions with this restaurant seem very impersonal and make me wanting to go to other restaurants that offer an employee at a register, than suffer through “lobby automation” scenario again.“
“I go to McDonalds all over the north side of the state. I order the same meal. Not 1 of those can get my very simple order correct. Today, the Crown Point McDonalds was a cut above the rest. I was in the drive thru for about a minute and a half. The employee taking the orders at the screen listened to what I said and repeated the order back perfectly. Both windows had employees that greeted me with a smile. The food was fresh and correct. This lunch crew was a cut above the rest. Hats off to the entire crew today. Gave me hope that not all McDonalds will fail you as the customer.“
