“I drive for Uber Eats and picked up an order. Now they were extremely busy so I guess to save time they took the entire order of food that I picked up including drinks and stuck it all in one bag. Now anyone who has gotten McDonald's delivered to them knows McDonald's always puts their drinks in a separate bag for the just in case that happens .When they handed me the bag, the whole bottom of the bag was already wet because the drinks had tipped over in the bagBut they didn't want to deal with it they sent me on my way. So I'm sure I will get a complaint about it because I delivered it like that but they did not want to fix it. It's not the first time I've had an issue personally or professionally with that McDonald's.“
“I was skeptical about dining in as I saw the reviews weren’t the greatest. How ever I got none of that. I was greeted cheerfully with a good afternoon when I came in by front end staff, my order was taken and I didn’t feel rushed. I even changed some items as my daughter was being indecisive. I got no lip smacking or eye rolling. We washed our hands and were sitting waiting for our ticket number when they walked the food over to our table. We didn’t get a physical number, the cashier had remembered who ordered what items. I was impressed. As we sat eating our food. I heard the cashier wishing every customer a blessed day as they left. It was sweet and if this is the crew when I visit from Chicago I’ll always pop by for food. Everything was fresh and they did not skimp on the sauces for our nuggets ???“
