Very clean and the workers were polite.
I had a problem and it was resolved thanks to good management. I then bought 2 Big Mac meals. Hot sandwiches and hot fries. Thanks Jessica.

However, issues with order accuracy and food quality still exist, as seen with drinks not properly packed for delivery and overcooked items like the hot and spicy chicken mcgriddles. Despite efforts from the manager LELE to resolve these problems, consistency remains a challenge. The recent remodeling of the restaurant did not seem to improve service quality. Customers have shared experiences of long wait times, cold fries, and burgers that are not fresh, indicating management needs to improve efficiency. One employee, Ms. Shakyla, was praised for her positive energy and friendly attitude throughout the visit. While Brittany's exceptional customer service shines through, overall, customers may find the food quality and order accuracy at this McDonald's location could be better.
