Brittany or britny was the cashier who helped me. long ago. she has green hair. She is so friendly and happy and makes going through the drive thru a great experience. I'm sorry that her manager tried to keep her quiet when she was wishing me a beautiful day. This girl deserves a promotion. Who continues to provide customer service with the best attitude, even if the environment is not the best, shows that they are people who can take an organization very far.

Let's see McDonald's, you are supposed to place the order online and we pay in advance to only arrive to pick up, well it turns out today I placed the order at 5:07 pm and I gave them enough time to prepare the order, instead they started to prepare it up to 1 hour after they received the order, what kind of service is this, also it is not the first time, this is all the time, on one occasion I arrived to pick up my order and they still did not prepare it because the employees were very busy dancing, taking selfies and making videos for tictok

The dude at the drive threw window must be high. I ordered 2 shakes and sat at the window for 8 minutes just looking at my shakes that he could have handed me 8 minutes prior. I had to call the store and ask them if they could just hand me my shakes and they finally did. Dude needs to not get so high at work or something smh.

Very unprofessional! The drive thru cashier was very rude, when I gave them my drive thru code to receive my points on my McDonald's App. However, the night manager was no better, and the lines was crowded. Do they understand about the gas prices? Obviously not.

I drive for Uber Eats and picked up an order. Now they were extremely busy so I guess to save time they took the entire order of food that I picked up including drinks and stuck it all in one bag. Now anyone who has gotten McDonald's delivered to them knows McDonald's always puts their drinks in a separate bag for the just in case that happens .When they handed me the bag, the whole bottom of the bag was already wet because the drinks had tipped over in the bagBut they didn't want to deal with it they sent me on my way. So I'm sure I will get a complaint about it because I delivered it like that but they did not want to fix it. It's not the first time I've had an issue personally or professionally with that McDonald's.

I literally HATE this location. My fries are NEVER fresh , they constantly want to argue that fact saying “we just made those” even though they’re cold as hell and they never want to actually fix the problem or acknowledge a mistake. The last 4 times I ordered my food they made it wrong . The paper on my burger will say the correct ingredients but the actual burger inside will be missing something. I’m convinced at this point that everyone working there is SLOW. What was the point of remodeling and making the place look better just for them to be even worse at the very SIMPLE job description they have. Making a burger shouldn’t take a damn doctorates degree but clearly these employees don’t even have a GED . GARBAGE
