“I mean it’s a McDonalds, so most of it’s the same as every other one, but they are better than most in the area. This is always the one I opt for as they are quicker and friendlier than others. Only thing negative is that when you go later on, sometimes the food is overcooked.“
“There is a woman who works the morning shift, I don't know her name, but my husband and I always refer to her as the Golden Lady because she is always wearing gold on her nails, sometimes her lipstick, even her hair! I'm sure you know who I'm talking about by now, but I just want the whole world to know how fantastic she is at her job! She runs that first drive up window LIKE A BOSS! She is so friendly and cheerful and efficient, and that is definitely the right kind of person to help make the day great! Please give the golden lady allllll her flowers for being the real MVP of everyone's morning!“
“I go to McDonalds all over the north side of the state. I order the same meal. Not 1 of those can get my very simple order correct. Today, the Crown Point McDonalds was a cut above the rest. I was in the drive thru for about a minute and a half. The employee taking the orders at the screen listened to what I said and repeated the order back perfectly. Both windows had employees that greeted me with a smile. The food was fresh and correct. This lunch crew was a cut above the rest. Hats off to the entire crew today. Gave me hope that not all McDonalds will fail you as the customer.“
