Terrible. EVERYTIME I get food from here my orders ALWAYS messed up. There haven’t been a time where my order wasn’t messed up. The only time I get food from here is when someone else puts the wrong location. No ranch, not the right sandwich, etc, save the time and money and go to Main Street. This establishment is shitty and forever will be shitty STEP IT UP

Made an online order, sat there for 10 minutes after notifying them we were there. Went inside and they said they gave us our food, so they gave it to someone else even though we were in the correct spot. Then wouldn't refund us!

Every single table in the dining room is dirty. I watched customers come in and walk out because it feels like no one works here. It's 2:45 pm, not busy. I also watched a customer get his food and then look for salt packets, nothing is in the dining room yet he could not get help from the employees behind the wall. If the employees are not going to be available then please put condiments and pop in the dining room. Terrible experience. I'll go to the one on Main.

I redeemed my free McChicken and on top of the long wait they gave me a Spicy McChicken. I was also waiting on a DoorDash and it was ready but one of the employees told them I only had one to order so I had to wait even longer for a DoorDash that was already ready and the food got cold.
