You can always tell when these stores are franchise owned because the soda fountain is hidden in the back so you can get a refill.

terrible. workers are lazy and rude. took them 15 minutes to get me 4 nuggets and a medium fry and they were cold. gave me the wrong drink. worst mcdonald’s in the area do not recommend. and not to mention it was really like a small fry because it was only half full.

Order over $20 with of food 3 hamburgers that were smashed and not prepared how we requested. Paid for an extra large fry and got a small. Ordered an unsweetened tea and to a sweet tea. And then whole meal was cold. Not edible. Complete order was wrong and thrown away Very disappointed. Also my fish filet was 2 different pieces put together. Will never go back to that location AGAIN

One side of the drive thru is closed but there is no sign or anyone to let you know. After waiting with a car line behind me with no help go around to the drive thru side that is being helped. After about a 15 minute wait for food, food is room temperature at best and cheeseburger has cheese that is not even melted.

People don't come to McDonald's to wait 20 minutes for food, I came here instead of somewhere else because it is fast. If there's going to be a 20 minute wait people need to be notified when placing their orders. Odds are they will say forget it.
Every time I order from this McDonald’s there is always something missing from my order or something isn’t right. Just ordered via DoorDash and I didn’t receive my McFlurry, I paid for a regular McFlurry with extra Oreos and I guess they just said “screw me.” My fries are cold and my quarter pounder is cold, their phone doesn’t work or it’s “busy” so you can even call and let them know. I’m just gonna stop ordering from here because clearly the workers hate their jobs.

This is my second time going in to order, I walk in and go up to the counter to order and no one is there, which is fine I understand they are busy. So I stand there waiting and while waiting several people in the kitchen area definitely see me waiting there and not one of them get someone to help me or say we will be right with you. After 5 minutes or so I just left this is the second and last time that happened there. Needs new management
