Hey, so... If you're really busy and cannot service the people in the drive thru, I recommend not instructing multiple people to "pull up and wait" because the drive thru area is not that spacious at this location and I don't love psychopaths behind me honking and yelling expletives because you've had too many people pull up and they cannot be bothered to reverse 5ft and go around others waiting... Really sours the experience, tbh. If you're unable to service people in the moment, politely apologize for the wait and ask them to park and come wait inside. Just a suggestion.

I LOVE Noodles N' Company and had two bad experiences in a row. I ordered online and picked up within 10 minutes. My Japanese Pan Noodles were so over cooked that EVERY single one of them is broken and pretty much inedible. The noodles are COMPLETE mush I am currently picking out the veggies I paid extra for to have something to eat for lunch.
This comes one day after having ordered lunch for myself and my husband, only to have a different location charge me and not bag my food.
Talk about disappointed. I push my family to eat at this restaurant...consider me no longer trying.

It's "oriental" selection is almost/borderline offensive.
Granted, the speed and service was amazing! But the "dishes" outside of American noodles? Please, just stop. It's insulting.
Please take Pad Thai off of your menu. It tasted better buying the box from Stracks
If you want authentic Pad Thai, please choose one of the MANY local AUTHENTIC establishments around.

I had a BAD experience at the noodles and company in Munster on a whim I thought I’d give this crown point location another chance. I didn’t have to wait a half hour this time but I noticed when I received my food and I went to look at it in my work van. I was served a container of cooked elbow pasta with MOUNTAINS of uncooked unmelted cheese squished on top of it. I’m on the clock and I didn’t have the time to go in and complain and stand around and wait for a refund so here I am on google. Long story short…I could have saved 11 dollars on my Mac and cheese craving and just made it from home. I will not try any noodles and company location ever again.
Food was serviceable, but how do you screw up a Coke freestyle machine?
This is also one of those restaurants where it asks you to tip the workers for… existing? Just pay your damn employees

Seems like they are always out of something, one day it was cheese sauce for their Mac & cheese, another day it was they didn't have chicken, then it was they were out of zucchini. Never know what I can order thru the app cause I don't know if they will be out of it or not
