We’ve never had issues here and that continued yesterday too. We walked in and were greeted by Kiara I believe was her name. She was by far the most friendliest person we’ve encountered in a very long time. She was really very nice and sweet. It was really nice to see someone young be able to start, carry and hold a conversation with someone. And it wasn’t just us. We watched her do this with 2 other customers. She was incredible.

I came to the Panda Express in crown Point Indiana and I was waiting in line for 10 minutes without getting my order taken but kept getting looked at. A female named Jaime Jones repeatedly kept looking ay me while waiting for my food and she refused to come up and take my order. Service sucked. And just left without my food. Safe to say I’m never coming here again.

I really enjoy this location specifically when it comes to Panda Express. Every time I order the employees are super kind and friendly. The food is always filled to the brim, hot, and fresh. If I ever have to wait for a fresh dish, I don’t even mind waiting because the employees communicate and work so hard to immediately drop fresh food so the wait isn’t even long. Going through drive through is a quick and smooth, though the only small complaint is sometimes food is not filled completely, but I love this place so much I wouldn’t stop going regardless.

I ordered half Fried Rice Chow Mein, Mushroom Chicken, SweetFire Chicken Breast, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. It look like someone ate out of it. The mushrooms chicken had no chicken in it. What’s the worst order I have ever received.
