Customers love the seasonality of the menu and the plethora of interesting options, such as the Wagyu Albondiga, Pork Tostadas, Chicken Skewers with Blueberry Salsa, Filet with Winter Squash, Potatas Bravas, and the Fried Plantains. The flavors are described as bright, complex, and absolutely delicious. For dessert, the tres leches and the coconut creme brule are stand-outs, uniquely plated and tasting divine.
The bar at Provecho is praised for its amazing and strong margaritas, with the Escobar drink, a mezcal cocktail, being a customer favorite. The house margarita is considered the best margarita the customers have ever had.
