How do we pay 12 dollars for a bowl that’s not even filled up???? They use to fill the bottom of the bowl with açaí. I was told the district manager doesn’t want them filled anymore???

I went to smoothie king today and ordered 1 açaí bowl and 1 pitaya bowl. I have no complaints about the pitaya bowl but I do about the açaí. I ordered the Go-Go-Gogi Crunch, and it came half full. The açaí was barely above the smoothie king logo and there were barely toppings. So I went back and asked if there was anyway I could get more açaí added and asked why there was so little. The girl told me that according to new standards, they weren’t allowed too. I know this isn’t true because I have gotten way bigger portion sizes before and that she just didn’t want to give me a little more.

This is one of the best locations in NWI! Every-time I come in the girls are always warm and friendly and my smoothie consistently comes out perfect! Also big shoutout to Hayley, she is there majority of the time and is such a hard worker! I recommend this location to everyone.

Asked for a build your own smoothie because of allergies they made it after giving me a hard time that they can't. And when they did I paid $15 for a 20oz smoothie I am not sure how if all I wanted in it is chocolate protein and strawberries
