There were nine people that came in after me to place their order. Also they had two mobile people Tacoma and pick up that order. But the nine people that were in front of me and got their order and I'm just still sitting there waiting for minutes after they done got they ordered. I'm mentioning it to the lady with two ponytails but she has such a nasty attitude and then there was a heavy set lady with a nasty attitude just kept looking at me wrong. Because I I had asked for my refund. The gentleman at the cash register what's pleasant both times when I place my order and when I ask for my refund. They need to have more men at work here. The women here are nasty far is their attitudes. I never had a problem coming here for 3 years until now

The service at the checkout was very good, the lady who served me was very friendly and smiling. The atmosphere was great. I ordered the coffee with whipped cream and they didn't serve it and to top it off I found a piece of plastic wrap inside the coffee. Very bad... well everything was fine but the coffee with this particular and bad experience. I don't recommend it.

I had an amazing experience the other day, I had a question about a drink I had years prior and Kaylyn was absolutely great with helping explain and get me what I wanted. The building was very clean, and the other employees were extremely nice.

I’m a former starbucks barista and I’ve never been treated more poorly by anyone at starbucks then I was by the manager of this location.
All I did was ask for a drink to be made again after I tasted it and the milk tasted so burnt it was disgusting. When I let her know it tasted burnt and I could see giant bubbles in the foam. She rolled her eyes and acted like I was crazy for saying it was made poorly. I know for a fact when I was trained at Starbucks huge bubbles in the foam means the milk is burnt and it goes against Starbucks’s standards.
I’m not even one to write reviews, but my day was ruined. Literally went from joyful to feeling abused by the way I was treated …
The staff used to be nice, but I don't know what's happened recently.
Today, I received the wrong order and the smirked response from the woman at the window: "uuuuhhh, nope. I charged you for a grande." right...but that's not what I ordered. This isn't the first time this has happened. They rush to get orders but don't actually listen to customers. And you wait and wait some more for an uncomplicated order. Instead of standing around doing nothing, besides arguing with customers, prehaps pitch in and help your colleagues? And learn some basic manners.

My order was perfect ?. Given this was a random craving for
caffeine, I decided to give this location a try and was not disappointed. My husband's vanilla cream cold brew was on point, which is a rarity at our regular go-to location. The staff was very friendly and the building was clean. Thank you!

I asked for a Carmel frap with no whip. The worker at the window was very rude, saying that my order just gotten in there and “we haven’t even started on it.” With an attitude. Then they give me my Frappuccino WITH extra whip cream. Learn how to do your job and actually make what the paying customers ordered.

The first time this happened I let it go but now that it's happened again I will post about it. For the second time going to this location I am ignored when there is a issue with my order. They act like you are not even there.

Tried to buy a cup here today and was informed that I could not buy it because it isn't on sale until tomorrow. There was no sign by the cups that said they weren't available and the clerk took the cup out of my hand and just put it on the shelf. She was so rude about it. Why put merchandise on a shelf without selling it or at least put up a sign that they are not available.
