You know what your getting here, it's expensive but it's a needed intake to make the day bearable.
Not the puppy's faveroite pup cup offering, but I'm glad it's not an extra fee yet. Make it an option as part of the app for ordering please.

i am a daily, if not twice daily, starbucks drinker for over 8 years now. i order ACTUAL COFFEE, not a sugary frapp or a ‘pink drink’. the signature espresso is what has kept my buisness coming to starbucks. however in the past 6 months this company has negatively shifted its quality all the way from its coffee to its service. this location specifically has the rudest baristas i’ve ever encountered at a starbucks, they never follow personal cup instructions, further wasting more plastic, & the cup is never filled appropriately given the amount of ice already in it. i had an issue yesterday where a customer took my drink from the mobile order counter at 8:00am & i actually held the door open for this woman on her way out. i noticed to myself “wow that looks like my drink in her hand” but obviously in passing i wasn’t going to accuse a stranger of taking my coffee. turns out it was true that the customer took my drink because lisa, the shift manager confirmed she had already made the drink. another barista overheard the situation, a sweet young blonde girl, & said “yeah i totally saw that, she’s not lying it really did look like her drink”. so they had to remake my drink. this was a drink i used 200 stars for, having 6 shots of espresso, the drink was supposed to be very strong. well while i was waiting for the drink to be remade i saw the barista dump out some of the espresso to make room for the “fillers”, milk & cold foam. i am not here for milk i am here for the espresso. after taking my drink & leaving, i finally took my first sip & was not satisfied. so i called & lisa again told me she saw 6 shots were made however i saw with my own eyes the barista dump out some of the espresso. lisa said to come in the next day & they would remake it again for me. i walk in, i didn’t even bring this issue to the drive thru, expecting a simple explanation of what happened & the drink would be remade. instead i'm being stared at by multiple baristas & interrogated having to explain the situation twice, until it was approved WITH TREMENDOUS ATTITUDE that my drink would be remade. the drink was great, it’s exactly how it’s supposed to taste given it has 6 shots in it. however the nasty looks & attitude i received after being treated like i'm some liar even tho these baristas have seen my face in here regularly over the years since this location has opened & giving thousands of dollars yearly to this company over a situation that was not even my fault is disgusting & embarrassing. this company is losing my business QUICKLY & i will NOT return to this location. i will instead continue going out of my way to the summit & main location because the baristas there never treat me in such a disgusting manner.

The time is unacceptable. I’ve been a barista at a busy Starbucks on a college campus it should not be that long of a wait
So through the drive through, I was handed a cup that was improperly capped and doubled Cupped strangely enough. Well the cap came off, and as i'm trying to properly seal it on the cup.I don't know why they gave me two cups, but as i'm trying to put the cap back on the cup, it Exploded in my hand and gets everywhere inside my vehicle. I go inside to let the manager know the situation, and she says there's nothing we can do, but make me a new coffee.I said I at least like my refund and she didn't even refund me the full amount of my beverage. I just want to know where can I send the cleaning bill of my jacket to, corporate?

Everytime my drink is wrong slow lines never friendly service
This is one of the best Starbucks around. Drinks are always made correctly and absolutely delicious. The service here is amazing, each and every staff member was friendly, professional and welcoming.

Called to ask the manager about an application I put in and was told she does not take calls unless she calls you first. So sad you can’t even call to ask for an update. Will not be going to this Starbucks for anything.

I ordered a frap and it tasted like the bottom of a dirty coffee pot!! I did not have time to go back and ask for a different one. I wish it was just correct because I couldn't even get thru a quarter of it! Waste of money

This is a personal note to the manager today. And approximately 130-150. I watch your employees deal with that. One of the rudest, biggest bullies.
I've ever had to watch in a store. That customer that mentions your name over and over and over again, bullied those employees when they were doing absolutely nothing wrong. She needs to be banned from the store.Bullying comes in all shapes and sizes. And that custom was, by far bullying, all the help as they dealt with the situation, that was nothing, nothing. I put a little caramel on the side of the cup. That was not even-handed to her that was cleaned properly, but she happened to see it, they remade her drinks, they did everything. She sat there over and over, making snide, remarks and threats. I don't come to Starbucks often, but I have the utmost respect for those people who dealt with that person. And her daughter or friend.
We came to visit Max! He's the best. Always cheerful & warm .
