I do not normally leave a bad review but in this case I must, my husband and I were there for our anniversary dinner and it was ruined. We both ordered Texas Combos, my ribeye was medium rare, when I ordered it medium and it was overwhelmingly seasoned along with the shrimp. My husband asked for A1 and some cocktail sauce and we did not get it until the end of our meal. Our server barely checked on us and really did not care. She gave us an attitude and when we paid it was a chore for her to take our payment. Not sure if we will be back.

We just ate here last night. Everything from the very beginning as we entered was so good. The hosts were sweet and friendly. The smothered chicken was top tier and every employee we encountered was smiling and helpful. We had fast service, amazing food and every person who passed our table was attentive. I appreciate the incredible service. The manager even made her rounds and checked in with us. We will definitely be back. Training, management and happy employees are definitely on point at this location.

Normally I do not leave reviews, however, after the dumpster fire experience we had last night, I felt I needed to. On Saturday 7/12/2025, my husband and I decided to grab dinner. I had never been to this location, so this was my first time. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I soon realized we had made a big mistake dining there was when I observed the bus boy cleaning a booth about 20 feet from our table. He was whipping the cleaning rag around the tabletop like he was competing in an Olympic Event. Food stuff from on top of the table goes flying around landing wherever. Next, he uses the same cleaning rag to clean the seats where people had just had their bottoms sitting on. Repeats this process on another table using the same cleaning rag. OK, I try not to think about that, but GROSS! Next, I watch a server delivering food with her hair in the tray of food. Our dinner arrives and my medium rare steak is curling up along the edge because it’s so thin and over cooked. The sweet potato was so cold that the butter wouldn’t melt. I send that back to be reheated. I decided not to complain about the ribeye being a bit tough because I was hungry and just wanted to go home. While we are eating the same bus boy decides to clean the table directly behind my husband. I witness the chemical spray he is spraying lands all over and in the items sitting in the basket on the table, like the salt and pepper etc…. Now I’m slightly disgusted. Halfway through the meal a server decides to sweep under the table next to us while we are eating. I felt something hit the top of my foot. My husband proceeds to tell him to PLEASE STOP. He turns around and says, “I have to do this so I can go home, I just want to go home”. He then proceeds to sweep faster. My husband tells him again PLEASE STOP. Another server says to him, “Hey they are serious”. He continues to sweep. My husband tells him for at least the fourth time to stop and is now angry and demanding to see the manager. The server then stops and walks away. The manager comes to our table with a very poor attitude and is completely ignorant of understanding that this is cross contamination. She defends the server because he needed to complete this task to leave. That this is their standard procedure for servers. Not caring about the fact that dust and dirt are now in the air and landing on our food while we are trying to eat. If this is how she handles unsanitary conditions, I don't want to know what happens in the kitchen. Health Department needs to inspect for sure. The only thing she did was cut our bill in half and made my husband and I angry. We didn’t even eat half our food before losing our appetite and refused to take anything home. So honestly, what did she do to remedy the situation? Nothing other than we will never return and a very poor customer review. I wish I could leave a no star review.

Texas Roadhouse is always a safe and consistent location when traveling. This location holds up to that. This place was kept very clean. Staff were excellent. Food was great. All at a great value. Conveniently located right off I65.

Waitress very nice and helpful. Food was great. This was first time ai had a problem though. I ordered a 23 oz Porterhouse T-Bone and they gave me instead a 12 or 16 oz bone in ribeye. I didn't say anything to the waitress because she was so sweet but it was not what I wanted at all.

Texas Road House in Crown Point always has a fun, “riled-up” atmosphere. More than enough food to take home and attentive service.
Have came her a few times this year and the service is mostly great. The staff and servers are super friendly and welcoming. However when I get the burger, sometimes it’s overcooked to the point where the meat can be burnt and the Steak I had last time wasn’t really the best. I asked for Medium Well and they cooked it Medium Rare. The server was kind enough have them re cook it. I just think the kitchen staff needs to do a better job at cooking the meat correctly and maybe I would come more often. Overall great restaurant.

Me and my wife went there last night with our little girl and its to go spot for dinner.But last night we were very dissapointent in the food recieved.Didnt want to complain because our server was already busy with other things.We asked for boxes as soon we recieved our food. My steak was well over cooked after i asked for med rare my wifes shrimp and steak was under cooked.I feel if you spend that much on food its kinda frustrating to see the quality off food we recieved.
