Twisted sugar is right next to my office! Their fresh baked cookies are amazing! The biscoff cookie had thick, creamy biscoff butter on top and the cookie was soft inside. The chocolate fudge cookie tasted like choc cake. I highly recommend twisted sugar… the perfect office treat or gift to clients.

I ordered a 6 pack of cookies online and picked it up in the store. They were out of one of the cookies and they substituted it with the Expresso cookie of the month without telling me.That's terrible customer service not giving me the option to pick another cookie upon pickup. Jokes on me though because it ended up being my favorite cookie! I never would have tried it otherwise.

Went in on a Saturday at 6:00, took three kids to get ice cream, but they don’t have ice cream. Was kind of confused because I googled “best ice cream around me” and the menu board there said a bunch of different flavors. We even decided our ice cream order while we waited for about five minutes for someone to come to the front counter. We were created right away, but the girl said she would be back. The employees didn’t have an answer why...
