Shout out to a young man by the name Amari! I watched as a possibly homeless but definitely very unkept older gentleman approached Amari while eating on his break. Amari was so kind and polite and didn’t act bothered by the disheveled man. I was impressed. When I told the worker in the drive thru she wasn’t surprised and said the gentleman frequents the property and Amari is always kind.
They messed several items of our order and were very rude about it
The drive up lanes are partially or completely closed when I go and it takes forever to get my order even though I ordered ahead of time.
