the quality has gone DOWN!.WASTE OF MONEY!!
ordered a beef sandwich, arrived home and found it was a combo, half beef and half over cooked sausage. paid 12.95 for just the sandwich and gave a $20 bill. I was given $2.05 back. had to remind the employee I had given him a $20 bill.
they don't pay attention.

Zel's Roast Beef offers a wonderful experience with top-notch employees who are nice and helpful. The food is great, with popular items like BBQ beef, roast beef, burgers, and Nathan's hot dogs, which can be customized with chili and cheese. The chili cheese fries are a highlight, with every fry loaded with cheese and chili. While some items may take a few minutes, they are worth the wait. Note that French fries are now a separate purchase, and some guests have found them undercooked.
