“First time in and I will definitely be back! The blue lagoon bowl was delicious and the large was enough to take home a serving for later. Service was also great…greeted with a smile right when I walked in and had my bowl within a few minutes. If you’re on the fence, definitely give them a shot.“

“Love going to Energy Spot! As a registered nurse, I had a bad habit with sugar loaded energy drinks to help boost me through the day until I tried these drinks. The energy bombs are PHENOMENAL! They are sugar free, loaded with lots of good stuff, and no sugar crash! The flavors are always rotating and they can help create something tailored to your tastebuds. “What a perfect location for a coffee shop! Inside a church with a community center attached. They have a simple but purposeful menu with coffee, smoothies, energy drinks, and some quick foods. The cinnamon roll is what I came for because my friend said it was the best she's had and she was right! Served warm for $5 and it was the perfect snack! I'd love to be back and try more of their beverages and pastries!“
