La Ranchera offers great Mexican cuisine at a reasonable price. The service is fast, and the food, like the super fajitas, is incredible. The staff may not be the friendliest, but overall, it's a wonderful experience. They even catered a wedding for 200 people and did an excellent job. The margaritas, especially the Texacana/ultimate margarita, are a hit. With generous portions and ample parking, La Ranchera is highly recommended for a Cancun-like dining experience.
