Didn't receive some of the upgrades I paid for with our meals and was missing additional food items.
Saw one of the staff place their hands in their pants past the fabric to scratch their bare behind and then hand a customer a menu which was off-putting as well. Great atmosphere and environment though, and the food was decent as well regardless of the issues.

Great food, staff, and atmosphere. I honestly wasn't expecting it at a gas station restaurant, but here we are. I've only had dinner here, but have heard from other people in the area that the breakfast is also quite tasty.
