customer service skills are awful. they make it feel like you are an inconvenience as a customer. management even hangs up on you when trying to cancel an order. had to go into the store to cancel a delivery order
What is this garbage ?? Must have put that pizza oven on the Canadian wild fire setting
I pretty much always order online via the app, but every order I made was always within the time window told to me, made fresh and piping hot, and any time I had an issue, it would be resolved quickly and easily.(granted the biggest mistake I ever got was a wrong topping once)
the staff are friendly and since I order carryout often, they recognize me and I often get greeted like a visiting friend.
