I hate sounding like a jerk but the line is always so incredibly long and you'll be sitting there FOREVER. The fries are usually pretty stale tasting and obviously not fresh. The ice cream is okay but it's always dripping out of the sides of the cup and it's sticky and gross. Again I hate to sound like a jerk but 90% of the staff here is like high school kids and I'm assuming this is why the quality isn't good and the carelessness is so apparent. I understand the need to hire young people so they can get their experience in the work force, but they should definitely be being supervised more closely to ensure quality of the business.

I never leave a review on company’s, but this was ridiculous, took forever with 3 cars in line, I ordered a thing of cheese curds that I didn’t get, and this was the portion that you get I guess with the $13 4 piece basket

Very very disrespectful workers. There was one man taking our order and he was so kind. The girls in the back were being so mean to him. We waited on our milkshake for 20 minutes. He asked the girls where it was and they told him to “make it himself” when the girl finally made it she shoved it on counter and said “not getting whip because don’t have any.” One person ordered a chocolate dipped cone and it sat there for 5 minutes melting until he asked someone to come get it for him. One person ordered three banana splits and the worker in the back said ughhhhh May as well ordered 10! This was a very unfortunate experience. $27 and left feeling very disappointed. Won’t be back anytime soon. I hope they can find better workers that are more respectful.

Today there was a tornado warning in Delphi while we were there. The city lost power and the employees reacted quickly getting the customers and themselves to safety in the basement. We are grateful for the quick thinking of the staff and the concern for the well-being of everybody in the building. Hats off to the crew at Delphi DQ!

We always have a good experience at this Dairy Queen location. Overall great service, and the wait isn’t too bad even when they’re extremely busy. Good prices, and my wife and I love the dipped cones and Mister Misty slushes!

The little worker with black hair is the sweetest gal ever. She always smiles when she takes our order and then swings by the table to chat a bit. She is adorable.
