I got the heath brownie cupfection. It had barely enough ice cream to get the treat down. I asked about why so little ice cream while at the drive thru, and the employee said, "You only get half brownie half ice cream." I do not recommend this item from this dairy queen. ?

Food overall good but we went through the drive through and service was terrible, Slammed door while we were asking for a drink carrier and started to talk to other employees and while getting our food she stopped to laugh with the other employees and then tossed food at us in a rush. Very disappointed

4.2.21Since your phone has been giving me a busy signal for the last 20 minutes I guess I leave this here.Do you employ the same people at the McDonald's across the street? Because you told me my burger was in the bottom of my bag when I asked about it. I get home, it's not in the bag. And I don't have time to turn around and go all the way back before I have to be back to work.How hard is it to read order screens and PUT ALL THE FOOD IN THE BAG?!?! AFTER I asked if it was all there.We need a new fast food place in this town that can actually give out what people pay for.1.12.24I came back, like you asked. Ordered two triple burgers, both with bacon. One doesn't have bacon, one has Lettuce, the one without bacon has tomatoes... these burgers don't come with Lettuce or tomatoes and I didn't ask for them. I paid for bacon, only got it on one burger. My "regular" fry is half full and they are COLD. There's literally 8 frys in my child's fry bag.I also asked for ranch and marinara for my cheese curds, got charged for them, didn't get them. All said and done I paid for $5 worth of stuff that I didn't get.Train your staff, hire ones that care, or just close the location. Two years in-between visits and I got the same exact lackluster service.Not to mention the 15min wait in drive through after I already paid.We won't be coming back here at all.

We have had great service and food each time we go, the floors are very sticky most of the time and just look dirty. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the staff are very kind and are willing to help if needed.

The bathrooms had like a half inch of standing water on the floor, covered in mud and I was just in complete disbelief. I had my two kids with me and their shoes got covered in this nasty slosh of germs. I don’t think it was a sudden leak, the bathroom looked like it had been like that for a while.

Apparently no one wanted to wait on us at the register. Then the dressing was incorrect. The correct dressing was brought in a friendly fashion.

Asked about a veggie burger, they had none. That's fine. Asked about the pretzels on the menu. They had none. Went with a large fry -well done- with ranch and ketchup. The total came to $5.01, which I initially thought I had misunderstood because that seemed high. We waited in the drive thru for quite a while. We were charged $0.69 for the ranch. Which wasn't a super big deal but would have been nice to know. The large fry wasn't all the way full. They certainly weren't well done, except for the mystery gob of grossness in the bottom of the box. And we didn't even get napkins. That was $5 wasted. I wouldn't go back and couldn't recommend. Pizza Hut is right next door though.

Great service by a hardworking team. Just passing through town & stopped in during a lunch rush to see only 4 people working the entire place and they were absolutely killing it!! My wait time was only slightly longer than other fast food places. The dining room & bathroom were sparkling clean, the food was good & still served with a smile. Keep up the great work guys!

I love local business and this in my opinion was a great local establishment ran by a local family. To say it is quite possibly one of the worst franchises in the DQ out fit might be an overstatement. If you work at this establishment and find your self blaming others for you poor attitude or performance say it in the mirror. Those of you trying to work and having a good attitude keep pushing your awseome. The food is mediocre at best the wait was over 25 mins with no one there. The sundae was one of the worst ones I have had. You can do better much better. Please reach out if you would like help with this location.

The food has gotten really expensive it never costs less the 20 just for a sandwich and w drink for two and the blizzards have no toppings under the first few inches of ice cream bc they are never mixed

Went in, and no one greeted us. Took about 5 minutes for them to say anything to us. The menu board apparently is wrong according to the person working, and they don't sell some of the things that's on the board. The only thing that was good about this visit was the ice crram.
