They’re so quick! A very nice girl was our server, and she was so sweet to my bf and I. The food was super well made, and they had cute Valentine’s decorations up! We were given chips and salsa almost immediately when we sat down. It was our first time there and I will definitely go back!! We made sure to tip well, they DESERVE IT!!
Generally, the food was good, but my chimichanga was not fried long enough...the bottom was doughy. I've learned to request restaurants to fry the chimichangas a bit longer. I forgot to say anything this first time here. The guacamole was some of the blandest I've ever had. But my wife had the Arroz con Pollo, and she really liked it. Little bit of language barrier.
That being said, Delphi is not a big town, and they are very blessed to have El Rinconcito. Nice...

We love El Rinconcito! It's so nice to have great Mexican food close to home. The staff is wonderful and so friendly! The food is always amazing & served quickly. "See you tomorrow!!"
