The Delphi Mcdonald's continues to be the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Friendly staff, fast service, clean restaurant. I always make a point to stop here if I'm out this way and need to sit down and work on my laptop.

Love the buffet style. So many veggies to choose from. Entertaining to find the cooks around the grill, fun to watch.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. With multiple people in the lobby, there was nobody to help. Not to mention, once you finally received help they couldn’t figure out what you ordered. I made a mobile order and had to wait a half hour and they had completely misplaced what I had. I left before receiving my food even though I paid because it was that dissatisfying.

I clearly always order a medium Chocolate shake And I always receive a small. It's like a Dollar fifty More For a medium and they can't get it right. Every time. The fries are served cold and soggy while someone else got fresh fries. The only reason I got my shake in the first place was because I sat and dined in. I waited 30 minutes after they served me my food for my shake. So that way I can have my shake with my food but while I'm waiting on my shake, my food is getting cold. I like to dip my fries in my shake. And I can never seem to do that because they take forever to give me a shake and then it's always the wrong size. It even says on the cup that I am allowed to have a shake in a medium. After waiting thirty minutes at a table, While my food is getting cold , I get mad, I get up and go stand at the counter for another ten minutes while two workers looked at me But yet refused to serve me or speak to me. (One of the workers there was rude to me at my job and making fun of my disability, where I have a nervous laugh. She said I was laughing at her and her daughter when in reality it's a nervous laugh because she was staring at me. This gives her no excuse to treat me this way. I have anxiety around people and it makes me nervous.) So then I go stand where everybody pays at, That way , they will serve me before anyone else because they kept serving people that came after me. Thank god for one of the younger boys that was working in there that served me. But then when he did serve me , it was the wrong size.

This place sucks,they messed up our order Everytime my husband told them they didn't give h his Fry's they called him a lier I am glad I got the receipt we won't go back,if it would be just one time we would over look it but it's Everytime,I feel the owner's don't Care.
