Ordered a Double cheese burger NO PICKLE OR ONION, when sandwich came had pickle, onion under patty on the bottom, went to take back BURGER FELL OUT OF BUN , GOT KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ON MY PANTS. I Took it back they maid another one GREASE WAS DRIPPING OFF BUN AND FELL APART. THE MCDONALD'S IN DELPHI, INDIANA 46923 ALLWAYS HAS INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Beyond disgusting. Haven't been back in years due to always getting raw burgers. I thought after all these years they'd have fixed this issue. Told the manager but they refused to do a refund.
There are much better places to eat in this county. The sooner we stop giving our money to these kinds of places, the sooner they can leave and someone better take their place.

Every time I come through this McDonald's something is always wrong. Regardless of if it's the order itself or the food is burnt or it's not fully cooked. Not to mention the staff is extremely rude and the managers like to yell in curse at the employees. Today I took a bite of my crispy chicken sandwich and out of it came what looked like part of a receipt.

If the manager could not sit by the trashcan by the door yelling at her employees that are by the fries and the grills and wherever that would be great. Idk if she was on break or not and idc. Don't be screaming across the restaurant. I don't need to know the gm or dm is yelling at yall for being on ur phones cuz she looks at the cameras.
I also don't need to sit there and listen to u and another employee talk crap about the employees that work under you. Get up and go correct what ur complaining about.
The kid who brought out my food was more professional than that. My food was fresh. They got it out to me fast af for how fresh it was.
Don't be talking about how ur employees are lazy when u can't even get up and professionally correct them about things they shouldn't be doing.
Managers like this is why I will never work fast food again.
To those employees. Yall did a good job. Thank u for being so quick and respectful with the service. First time in a while the cup wasn't forgotten and the front counter wasn't left unattended for so long ppl waiting left.

Entire place needs to be deep cleaned! Also, an employee put their transportation device (some sort of scooter type thing directly in front of a dining room trash can…the one right by the entrance/exit door which clearly was a tripping hazard in my opinion! Worse though, I witnessed at least 2 management members walk right by it without any concern whatsoever!!
The help was rude and seemed mad that I was making her work and I found out late that was the night manger so I can only assume the rest of the staff was as friendly as her seeing how I had to catch the bag of food as it was shoved out the window
