Every single time I've given this place a chance they completely screw up my order, the fries are ALWAYS cold and stale and for the prices the food honestly really sucks. I hate sounding like such a butthead but honestly for how much money McDonald's is now, the staff and their ability to make the food edible is questionable as is their general competence when it comes to taking orders and giving them back properly let alone fresh.

Hands down the cleanest, best run McDonald's I have been to in years. The employees were professional and working hard, it was very clean and the fries weren't cooked in old grease, which is a rarity now.

Lady at first window very sweet kid at next window rude listen to music in a rush to shut window hand out hand in window shut no time to even ask questions fries were bad tasted very over cooked and reheated horrible sandwich meat and bread dry

Today was the first time my husband and I came to this particular restaurant and we were very satisfied with not only the speed and courtesy of the staff but the quality of the food. I have been eating McDonald’s for years and this was the BEST sandwich and experience we have ever had. We will certainly be back. Great job!!!!!

It's McDonald's...food is the same, mostly accurate on their orders....the bigger the order the more often I have things missing. The staff here though seem to be giving it a good go and I definitely trust this Delphi McDonald's over any of them in Lafayette.

This McDonald's thins the BBQ sauce on the mcrib almost colored water and the buns are consistently STALE. Every time the mcrib comes out for years now.

Spontaneity, boredom, and a need to kill time brought us here. Wonder and joy made us stay. If I had to describe the delphi McDonald's in one word I would use magical. The Christmas decor and atmosphere were effervescent, fostering a glorious environment to enjoy the finest apple pies east of the Mississippi. This place changed my life

Place is disgusting . Over 6 employees maybe 2 were doing something. Drive through backed up , manager is stuck up she continued to shout out orders an then ask ppl what they ordered when they asked what the orders were she stated she didn't know . Waited20 min for 2 sandwiches an large fry when we got our food it didn't have any of the condiments on it an it look like it was thrown together. Fries were rock hard didn't even waste our time to go back in no one could even take 2 seconds to put a wet floor sign down on the soaked floor or pick up all the trash . The manager lady should be ashamed of her self the way she carries her self an allows her employees to look at work . Whole place was gross had more socializing between employees then actual working .
