The man working tonight (830p 10/15) was off putting. He didnt understand my order, offered me 3 slices of roast beef instead of 8 because he didn't think to grab a refill (the girl working was great and picked up this dude's slack), ended up only putting 7 slices anyway even when I said something and he didn'tlisten, judged the amount of meat on my sandwich (can't a girl protein load in peace?), and called my sister and I both sweetheart (ew). I would have said something to him when he said it to me but I didn't hear it.

Placed an online order. Within minutes of placing it, subway was calling me to tell me they didn't have the kind of bread I wanted for my sandwiches. They asked what I would like instead and I told her a refund, as I don't like any other bread. She told me she would have to leave a note for the general manager to do the refund because she couldn't. He would be in next week, on Monday. Middle of next week comes and still no refund. I call the store and the girl tells me the manager left for the day already, took my name number and inquiry and he would call me back tomorrow. No call. I call back again, I get the 'manager' and he takes my name, number and tells me he will look into it. The following week comes, still no call back, no refund. I call again, the same 'manager' answers the phone, puts me on hold, and then hangs up on me. When I called back, they stopped answering the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Trash employees that should be FIRED!! the food probably sucks too. I ended up having to call corporate to get my money back, because the losers at this location don't know how to actually work or treat their customers. Will never be back and neither should you.

I just ordered 3 sandwiches. The 2 foot longs were alright but the 3rd was a 6 inch and was the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from a Subway. The cheese wasn't even on my sandwich it was toasted to the outside of it... It was a chicken bacon ranch that had only a few small chunks of chicken on it... it was just not good.

The employees are RoCKstars--kind & patient!My oldest daughter has a learning disability & her independence is very important to her.The young lady working gave my daughter an uplifting experience while allowing her to order her own sandwich.And shout-out to the young man who smoothly tossed the condiment bottles like a professional bartender, haha!Great food, great atmosphere & phenomenal service!

Ordered an early dinner online and didn’t get anything we asked for on our sandwichs. Which is crazy, as there was only one other person in the entire restaurant when we picked up our food. We even paid extra for the avocado on both sandwiches and did not receive it. Not to mention they look like they were thrown together by a 5 year old. There was also no customer service, we walked in, found our order on a shelf where anyone could get to it, and left. -2/10, will not be returning.

What happened to everything being fresh like the bread? The lettuce is brown. I don't feel that you guys are a very good company anymore since you guys did all that construction. It was a lot fresher when before you did the construction. Order the sandwich tonight and the bread was completely hard

The debit card machine didn't work. The app didn't work for the store and they only took cash. this was aside from popeye's one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I would avoid this place at all cost.
