My boyfriend and I have these date scratch off cards that we got as a gift from my sister for Christmas two years ago. We hadn’t yet used them, so Sunday night we scratched one off for a date for Monday night. The scratch off simply said travel 35 mins away to a town you’ve never been and find a small restaurant there and have dinner. The Union Station Cafe in Dugger was the spot that was chosen. Union Station Cafe serves fantastic food at affordable prices in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. Their tenderloin dinner and meatloaf are highly recommended, and their onion strings are a hit. The friendly and hard-working servers provide exceptional service, making it a great little place to eat. With its small-town vibe and delicious food, it's a must-visit spot. The cafe is a fun hole-in-the-wall with lots of train related decor. Service was great, and they had a lot of options. The loaded fries were enjoyed, and the tenderloin sandwich was loved. Kids were happy with their burgers. The Country Fried Tenderloin was fantastic, cooked perfectly with great taste and perfect size. The breaded tenderloin was also fantastic. The country vibe and down home feel made it feel like home. The food was outstanding, and the sweet tea was on point.
