I waited months until the hype was nearly over and the line weren't over a mile long. Today I thought we had hit the jack pot, by stopping by on a whim and only a few cars in line. After 25 minutes I realized the mistake I had made. I waited over 45 minutes to even place my order. While the 2nd lane next to us got their orders taken and out of the line within minutes. The line we were in was only takin orders by the doors. Since. We couldn't leave the line due to the longe wait and no exit options, we proceeded with and order, ice caramel vanilla latte the Santa's cookie mocha. Both tasted like coffee and sugar waters, with barely any full body of espresso or coffee notes. Not even an apology for the long wait, no concern for time or customer service.

This place needs more employees scheduled. I asked a young man (who was taking orders down the line, taking payments, and passing drinks out)what is going on here lately? He stated their labor was cut and it’s only him and 3 others! How shameful! So make sure you have extra time… 4 employees scheduled makes sense why we are waiting forever. These kids are trying their best with what their job is giving them- Unfortunately, this will burn them out and cause this place to lose their staff. It’s unfortunate to see how corporate is treating them and us.

Ever since the new system change, they didn't have my previous order, nor the secret menu so I had to look up the recipe and its been terrible. I go with my friend and 3 times we tried thinking maybe it was a freak incident the prior visit but no it's just not the same. Sucks that it cost us almost $50 in those 3 visits to learn that it's just not the same anymore!

I have ordered the same drink 5 times and gotten 5 different variations of it. There is zero consistency with this place. The only time my drink was exactly what I ordered was when I tipped 4$ on my already expensive 9$ drink. That was also the time I got the least amount of ice.

I should have gone to Starbucks across the street. Over 10 minute wait to order and the drinks aren’t even good.

Waited 20 mins for coffee (the line was short BTW). Only to get stale tasting espresso in my drink. This location has gone downhill very quickly.

Make sure you have nothing going on in your day if you want just a single cup of coffee. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous

I just came from 7 brew. I was excited to try this place for months because of the reviews. I got an ice cinnamon roll drink and I got an ice blonde drink. Both drinks taste the exact same and not what the description says it does. Very disappointing and money well wasted for two different drinks to taste the exact same. Don’t waste your time here or money.

The coffee is good but the past couple times I have gone my order has been wrong. I will ask for two different large iced coffee drinks but they only ring me up for one drink even when I asked for two separate drinks. I thought it was a one time thing but when I went back it happened again. I don’t get told the total so I just assumed I was getting both drinks until I was only handed one drink and I look to see how much was charged on my card through my bank account.

The lines been taking forever lately. What is going on with this place!!! I waited 40 minutes today and was stuck in the line with no workers in sight!!! And the espresso drinks are all way too milky. It was super good in the beginning but now I just get my coffee at starbucks from now on.

Kat and Aldi are the super stars here. I am in every morning and love them so much. But today I went in and the system updated and they don’t have previous orders on there screen and have to take the time to enter everything every time. I think it was better the other way and quicker. I never complained about taking away the healthcare discount (that never used) but this is taking up time and should be put back in the system. But again I will return because of Kat and Aldi they rock this location

We were really excited to finally try this spot in Dyer,IN— even drove almost an hour with all our kids to get there! Unfortunately, the service was pretty disappointing. For some reason, the cars in front of us were taken care of quickly, and then all the cars behind us were too… while we sat right in front of the booth waiting to be helped. We eventually had to stop someone and ask to place our order.

When we got our drinks, they didn’t look quite like the photos — kind of rushed and thrown together — which was a bummer after the wait. That said, the flavor was on point šŸ‘ŒšŸ½. Seriously delicious. Hoping this was just an off day, because the drinks have potential to be amazing if the service and presentation match the taste!

SHAME ON 7 BREW! I come here on a weekly basis. These employees are struggling due to corporate greed. I asked some employees where is everyone? They have been short staffed every single day, making the lines unnecessarily long, and these employees are running around like chickens without their heads. Employees let me know, corporate cut their hours. Shame on you 7 Brew. Corporate greed is not the ā€œcultivating kindnessā€ message you guys spread. Shame on you 7 Brew corporate. There is no good enough explanation as to why 1 person is taking 20+ cars orders. It is not feasible. 7 Brew likes to also sponsor being ā€œquickā€ as it is a drive thru… how is that working? As a customer, I will tell you, It is NOT WORKING!

*Corporate will respond the same copy and paste message as other reviews. I hope those who cut hours are willing to come in and work short staffed and see how well it goes for them. It’s easy to cut things when you sit behind a desk.
