Not the best or friendliest of the Beggar's I've been to. Still, some of the better pizza in NWI (although the bar is pretty low). I've only ordered carryout so I can't really speak for the atmosphere or wait staff, but I will say that the cashiers in the carryout section always seem to have something better to do than ask your name and hand you your order.
I like Beggars Pizza I have been eating it my entire life. My first job was in Blue Island on Western across the street from one of their first restaurants. Obviously each location is a little bit different but my favorite is in Lansing. It used to be a theatre. They even have an old organ on display. But this location obviously is a better choice if you live in Indiana. They seem to deliver on all of the delivery platforms plus their own website.
The pizza was just ok. Pretty flavorless, but it was hot and it was ready quickly.No wait staff in this restaurant, which was rather strange. You order at the counter, then sit down. They do bring the pizza to your table, but you get your own forks, knives, etc. The same situation you have at a Mcdonalds.
