Terrible service. It takes 47 minutes for two whopper combos, the girl at the counter has terrible customer service and not a clean place. Thread machine never has ice and they get upset for doing their job I would definitely not go back to this place.

Terrible Absolutely gross, bought 2 cheese burgers and they tasted like they were reheated , the fries i asked if they were fresh , heck no stale and sat under heat lamp , very bad food and lying to customers

I had a very disappointing experience at the Burger King located at 996 Joliet Rd in Dyer, Indiana. While attempting to place an order through the drive-thru, the team member who took our order spoke in a tone that came across as irritated and unwelcoming, as if we were an inconvenience.

I asked if I could substitute a drink for an ice cream with the Dragon Burger meal and offered to pay the difference. The request was immediately shut down in a rude manner, without any explanation. I then attempted to place a revised order, but the team member stopped responding altogether. My minor child ended up repeating the order through the speaker out of frustration.

Instead of continuing with the order or clarifying anything, the employee suddenly yelled through the speaker that we would not be served and told us to leave the drive-thru. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue through better staff training and customer service standards.

I stopped going here no ice tea, no lemonade for the kids only coke, sprite or fat free milk. To bad I like a good whopper but the lack of drinks we like ended it for me and my family. We drink ice tea kids like lemonade.

Nothing more irritating than spending your hard earned money on BS. I ordered a Whooper Jr. Meal and 4 pcs churro fries. Just for my whole meal to be cold and my expensive churros with no sugar topping which cost me $12. I will be reaching out to corporate because literally that’s insane. The reality is ppl don’t care cook at home if you can.

I ordered through the phone and I get to the window take my order the lady she was so rude and she told me you need to tell us about your order and I already did it through the phone she make me go back to the line from the beginning it’s The worst experience if that was McDonald’s or any restaurant they will tell me hold on they gonna bring my order and they gonna tell me what I need to do for the next time. It’s not like being a rude and just go back again to the line on top of that, all this is taking me like half an hour they were slow never come back here again

This is a fast food joint... why did it take 20 minutes to complete an online order?! With only one ticket ahead yet I can see my order wasn't fired and fries and onion rings were made ..yet cold in the bag. I could do a better job making it myself. No ketchup on my burger as it stated in the order, can't people read??

I placed an online order, and added a Hershey pie. Go to pick it up they don’t have any which is fine I understand. The lady servicing my order says you must go through the app to get a refund, as they offered nothing but a frozen coke to replace it with which I declined. I go through the hassle of putting through a ticket in the app, it says it is closed but I received nothing, and won’t let me talk to anyone bad customer service.
