There was no line and we waited over 20 minutes for our food. Once we got our food it wasn’t even hot.

Came here to eat with my mom and sisters and our food wasn’t fully cooked I ordered a crispy spicy chicken burger the chicken was hard and dry as if it was old and recooked

They don’t use gloves to prepare food the Man was just back there bare hands touching lettuce tomatoes all while having boo boo underneath his fingernails naaah I’m good Harpo
Terrible service. It takes 47 minutes for two whopper combos, the girl at the counter has terrible customer service and not a clean place. Thread machine never has ice and they get upset for doing their job I would definitely not go back to this place.

Terrible Absolutely gross, bought 2 cheese burgers and they tasted like they were reheated , the fries i asked if they were fresh , heck no stale and sat under heat lamp , very bad food and lying to customers

I had a very disappointing experience at the Burger King located at 996 Joliet Rd in Dyer, Indiana. While attempting to place an order through the drive-thru, the team member who took our order spoke in a tone that came across as irritated and unwelcoming, as if we were an inconvenience.
I asked if I could substitute a drink for an ice cream with the Dragon Burger meal and offered to pay the difference. The request was immediately shut down in a rude manner, without any explanation. I then attempted to place a revised order, but the team member stopped responding altogether. My minor child ended up repeating the order through the speaker out of frustration.
Instead of continuing with the order or clarifying anything, the employee suddenly yelled through the speaker that we would not be served and told us to leave the drive-thru. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue through better staff training and customer service standards.
Slow as hell
I stopped going here no ice tea, no lemonade for the kids only coke, sprite or fat free milk. To bad I like a good whopper but the lack of drinks we like ended it for me and my family. We drink ice tea kids like lemonade.
