Thaddeus, has the absolute best customer service! He was certainly a pleasure to encounter this morning! I am always thankful to meet someone like him. It's bright n SONshiny people like him that bring joy into other people's lives. The food was good. I've always enjoyed a sausage, egg, & cheese croissant from BK.
My favorite burger king in the area. Despite having a long line at the drive thru, staff are still happy to serve and accomodating on a busy Monday lunch time! Good attitude of the staff makes a difference.

Okay . So I ordered my food online about 15m prior to coming to this location. I get there, and NOTHING has been started . Considering I was the only person in the drive thru (and no customers were inside), this was extremely upsetting . The young lady who answered the window was not friendly at all. She seemed so rude and unfriendly despite me constantly smiling and being as friendly as possible even though the food wasn’t ready . After waiting there at the window for about 6/7 minutes, she put fries in the fryer . I was in disbelief. She didn’t apologize for the wait or seemed the least bit of sorry . This literally was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bk.

waited for 45 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches while the cashiers kids ran around. then was cussed out by said staff member for saying it was ridiculous to wait that long.

I work late and usually can make it to this location around 9 to 9:30pm and i dont know if the staff doesnt feel like firing the grill up or they are actually out of ALL burgers. I would not leave a single star for this location! Very dissapointing!

Placed a mobile order today during lunch time, went through drive through, worker at window was very rude over microphone and at the window. Seemed like she had an attitude and didn't wanna be there. Red/bleached haired light skin female, does not need to be working there if she cannot have a pleasant demeanor towards customers. Was handed food and I said thank you, she gave no reply. No "your welcome" or "have a good day". Just seems she hates her life.
