Got a steak bowl and ended up getting food poisoning. Great way to ruin my holiday. I will never eat here again and I urge everyone to choose a different establishment

I had the displeasure of visiting this establishment. There's a big difference in servings. You are given approximate 2 tablespoons of Rice and 2 teaspoon of the meats and whatever you requested. I got a bowl. There was no trouble with closing the container. $17.00 later I was very disappointed how much they have cut down on the portions. I have been going there since the opening.. Beware... Buyers.

My son wanted a quesadilla adult sized. Now mind you me and my son were the only customers inside the building. They td me no that i had to order it online and pick it up. So they made me order and get my food. I sat down placed a online order and had to wait 15 minutes for that very same person that originally told me no to make that quesadilla for me to pick up in store. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Chipotle had gone downhill. The food is blah and the servers are going through the motions. While the prices have skyrocketed.

I don't usually go to fast food and now I know why. The meat was dry and had been sitting for too long. The lettuce was aweful. Most of it was not fresh and was brown where the cut portion is. And then their special of the smoked brisket bowl was advertised as $12.50 but was charged $18.90. All i got was the bowl with lettuce not rice. What the hell. Don't even pay this much in a sit-down white tablecloth restaurant. Aweful food and way overpriced. I will not be going here again. Find somewhere else to eat.

I ordered a carnitas burrito bowl on door dash. About an hour after consuming said bowl, i was very violently ill very obviously with food poisoning. This was the only thing I had eaten this day as I had been traveling all day.
