Went in here today, 10/25, never had an issue before then in the past when I come here, today everyone was disrespectful and had attitudes, did not want to wait on me, did not greet nor say thank you nor have a good day, nothing. Wish I can give zero star.

I usually have a good experience here but this time was a terrible customer service experience. I went in around 745pm to only get told by the cashier how to act about an over charge on my bill. There use to be a time when a customer was able to state the obvious and state the facts but the Employee feels like they are do you a favor and correcting THEIR mistake. Also telling you how to respond to the situation is not a quality I'm use to. Bottom line is make it fair across the board for everyone and not just the people your partial too. I won't elaborate more unless you call or write to want to know more.

I did a pick up order through the rapid lane, and it was the best experience that I have ever had picking up a food order! Sierra really went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. Moving forward, I will go out of my way to patron this Chipotle because of her assistance and willingness to accommodate me!

They give you a teaspoon of meat. They literally dont fill the spoon up and want to charge double if you ask them to actually fill the spoon. However they will gladly give you 3 spoon fulls of rice and 2 hand fulls of lettuce. And management is very rude.

I had HAIR in my food! I was so damn disgusted! Why don’t staff wear hair nets? I threw that shit up & was pissed not only that . The young guy had an attitude because i asked for more chicken due to him only giving me 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl! Then proceeded to say “you’ll have to pay for more.” As if he was in my pockets . Staff needs to wear hair nets ! & correct their attitude for better customer service

This location is by far one of the best . The employees always greet and are so friendly and give you what you asked for. Today 04/30/2025, I picked up my order and the man working the pickup wonder had the best attitude and accommodated me so well with no complaints. And all my orders were correct! Hope Chipotle implements employee of the month bonuses!!
