Went tonight to have a treat, decided to pick up 2-1 quart pre packaged ice cream. 13.00 each!! Yeah nope! There is absolutely no reason for cold stone to charge that price. Lost our business

Multiple hairs in my ice cream … I saw one and took it out. Yes I continued eating it …. a few scoops later this long strand and that was enough to disgust me.

My experience was subpar. We paid over 20 dollars for ice cream and couldn't even get a cup of water. They told me they only sell bottles of Dasani water (which is gross and cheap). If I'm paying this much for ice cream you can afford to give a complimentary cup of water to your customers. Oberweis would never and that's why they are my 1st choice.

Came here on my birthday because I read online that you can get a free ice cream with a purchase of any ice cream I'll need to get hit by a roadblock that you need to be a Rewards member which purposely does not send you the verification code so that you end up purchasing both ice creams well guess what I'm not most people I walked out with no ice cream and I will think twice if I'm ever going to come back here again
They now offer less options on hand packed carry home Ice cream I was not happy.

I came into the store with 3 children to try to new despicable me flavor and asked if we could sample the ice cream because it was a new flavor. The staff said that this location does not allow samples and also if we did not like the flavor we could not return it. This does not seem like customer centered or ethical way to run a business. I see why the recent ratings of this locations have been low.

I used to work here many years ago and it’s amazing how much has changed, for a “love it” (medium) signatures Ice cream you’d think it’d be the correct size and actually have the mix ins for the price of over $8. In the past if they grabbed less ice cream than what was supposed to be we would just add more on top, but not anymore I suppose
