the 3 individuals that were working at around 8:50 on 8/15/25 should be fired! thank you for rushing my toddlers to eat their ice cream and for having a bad attitude for no reason. i hope your manager sees this and give you whatever disciplinary action you deserve!! worst customer service ever they even denied law enforcement ice cream at that time. should be ashamed of yourselves

Went tonight to have a treat, decided to pick up 2-1 quart pre packaged ice cream. 13.00 each!! Yeah nope! There is absolutely no reason for cold stone to charge that price. Lost our business

Multiple hairs in my ice cream … I saw one and took it out. Yes I continued eating it …. a few scoops later this long strand and that was enough to disgust me.

My experience was subpar. We paid over 20 dollars for ice cream and couldn't even get a cup of water. They told me they only sell bottles of Dasani water (which is gross and cheap). If I'm paying this much for ice cream you can afford to give a complimentary cup of water to your customers. Oberweis would never and that's why they are my 1st choice.

Came here on my birthday because I read online that you can get a free ice cream with a purchase of any ice cream I'll need to get hit by a roadblock that you need to be a Rewards member which purposely does not send you the verification code so that you end up purchasing both ice creams well guess what I'm not most people I walked out with no ice cream and I will think twice if I'm ever going to come back here again
