Plenty of seating, lots of friendly staff. The hot links were not hot (spicy) and the casing on the sausage was hard to bite through. It would have been nice if the heat was on so I could take off my coat while eating. My rib tips were tender and tasty. The house chips were plentiful and seasoned. I would go back to try the Texas fries as they looked delicious. My friend had the brisket and it was good and tender.
We have enjoyed dining here many times before and yesterday we tried the order pick up. It was just as good! Definitely the best BBQ in NWI. The brisket is a cut above. The people are very nice too. Can't wait to try catering next.

Our dinner group tried DOC’s Smokehouse and it was fantastic! Great BBQ and something for everyone on the menu. Highly recommend the pig wings appetizer. Lots of sauce choices at the table to try and the desserts were heavenly. Staff was very friendly. Will be back. They also offer catering. Try this place!

I frequent Doc's every week for their open mic night. The staff are outstanding, the food is great, and the atmosphere is excellent. Doc's has a great wide selection of Bourbon. I highly suggest the house-made pies!

Had a great dinner at Doc's yesterday. I have never experienced such a kind group of employees. Each person that worked there said hello and thanks for coming upon entrance and exit. It didnt matter who the server was if they walked by your table they would clear your empty plates and check on you. Who ever trained the staff is doing a great job!!

First time there. The brisket and hot link were good. Cheesy grits good. Collards were greasy and had big stems in them. Anyone who cooks collards knows you remove the big stems. Bread was stale. When serving sides like greens, baked beans, etc. cornbread or muffins are the go to. The server was very friendly. I teceived a welcome upon entering.

The best kept secret on Wednesday nights. Best wings (you know because they only serve them one way) in the area aee half off, and 60 beers on draft with live music till midnight.
If they happen to have Brussel sprouts as a side special on the night you're there, consider yourself lucky and don't miss out.
