Never go there ever again.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and would often eat there weekly or biweekly. This evening I placed an order for a pizza and, when I arrived, I received very slow service. I figured they were busy due to a pizza party in the restaurant and waited patiently then took my food and left. Once I got home, I realized that my pizza was burned and called the restaurant. To say I got a lukewarm response is an understatement. No apology and I was told that the delivery driver doesn't go into Sauk Village at night. I don't live in Sauk Village. And I didn't ask for delivery. They offered to remake the pizza but I took the refund (not for the full price) because I did not want to go back there. I also removed myself from their texts and email list. If 5+ years of patronizing your business doesn't matter to you then it certainly doesn't matter to me. There are plenty of other pizzerias and I will take my business where it is appreciated. Goodbye.

Attempted to Pick up an Uber order the manager (older white woman, blond hair with glasses) was so nasty. One employee told me one thing and she said another. She said the other employee was "JUST A DRIVER & SHE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING. I would never work for anyone like that. The wait time on the order is 18 minutes and counting. It took me 18 minutes to get there and the kid 4got the wings with the order smh. I will pass next time. Meanwhile my other food orders are getting cold in the car

Had a bad experience with online ordering, the orders were processing slowly. The store was seeing the processed order about an hour after I placed it. Had some issues getting a refund as well because of this, one of the staff told me to contact the store I processed it with, Chewly - spent about a half hour talking with them to no avail.
Spoke with a manager and he is working on processing the refund, he offered me a $10 credit which I appreciated. I should be refunded next week sometime
Dinner plans ruined, but thanks to the manager for rectifying the issues the best they could I would possibly consider this again in the future.

After a long day of work, me and my husband came to this establishment and ordered a Hawaiian pizza supreme This was our first time trying this establishment I would have to say hands-down this was the best pizza that we ever had very delicious and fulfilling We sat and spoke to one of the assistant managers the whole time we were there. very great atmosphere great people

Me and my husband love this place. Delicious pizza and wings. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the delivery. They have a particular.... demographic that delivers their food that makes it pretty difficult sometimes. They often don't pay attention to the special delivery instructions like "call upon arrival" and get mad when they're standing outside an apartment building because they haven't called. If you have uneven steps going up to your door, you may risk them falling and dropping your pizza, (has happened to be before). Just saying, if you're going here please dine in or pick up

Pizza tasted extremely bland and cheese was soggy. For the price it was definitely not worth it. Reminded me of a frozen pizza and even when compared to other frozen pizza’s it wasn’t great. Would not recommend unless you enjoy bland food.
