i asked for a cookie butter cold brew with the 6 dollar meal deal, they gave me stale hash browns, a burnt bagel, and put CRACKERS on my coffee. i literally had to remind them to put milk in it (which i asked for upon ordering) it’s sad cuz i like to go here before church but the last two times i’ve gone they’ve messed up our order and they just don’t care.

Food and service are entirely dependent on who is working. Today was not a good day—the staff attitude varied, and frankly, it was poor. I’ve seen the older gentleman who runs the shop care about a sandwich once, maybe twice. Mostly, it feels like he's just going through the motions and he doesn’t really care about the quality of his sandwich. Expect inconsistency from this location.

The snacking bacon has no more black pepper on it they say they discontinued this item. But that's a lie I left here and went to where I should have gone on Indianapolis boulevard. The and they had the beacon there. I should have known not to come here, I brought the $6.99 croissant meal and It was burnt. I will not shop here again. Just letting you know what to expect. Money wasted.

I come here every single morning and have never had a problem. Today was awful my plain bagel is completely burnt you would think it was a different kind and my ice coffee is straight creamer no coffee… wtf guys do better
