This is the second time I’ve been disappointed at this location. On my first visit, I ordered avocado toast with bacon, but it wasn’t toasted and the bacon was missing—especially frustrating for a $5+ item. Tonight, I stopped in after working third shift and paid $2.99 for coffee that was lukewarm and tasted watered down. Consistency and quality have been an issue both times. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Enough is enough screwing your customers, such greed or stupidity. I stopped coming here, it's been a year, because they charge 50cents for easy ice on iced coffee. I find out they stopped doing that so I came back again. Now there charging it again AND they charge $3 for both the 3 and 5 munchkins. 3 /5 munchins for $3 is ridiculous! It's the size of a donut and your double charging! I'm done here, im going back to schererville dunkin, schererville is the most reasonable and Munster makes thier donuts fresh. Dyer, your greedy, selfish and lazy. You over charge and not 1 donut or munchkin is even made fresh here to justifythe higher prices... your the worst in the area...

I've been having bad experiences with this Dunkin because of a white old lady with glasses. She is very rude and looks really annoyed whenever we ask for anything. I asked for two ice cream flavors just for her to tell us she won't serve it to us because it's hard for her to scoop...(Then why have the ice cream on display if we can't have it...) she then told us to choose another flavor, just for her to say the same thing about it.

Went back TWICE to get my order right because they forgot my drink, straws, and when I realized they forgot my donut too they said “oh we’re out of that flavor, have a good day!” No substitutions or anything. Stupid people work here. And if you want a refund you will never get it!

We Love the Munchkins and the Donuts, but especially the Munchkins! Hahahaha! The Coffee is so much better than that other place... The Service at this particular Dunkin was great! I would highly recommend trying this one out, even if You have to travel a little farther.

I stopped in to get a shake and two donuts. They didn’t have strawberry filled or glazed. I have never been to a DnD that didn’t have these donuts. This is their basic donuts. They argued with me about getting a receipt. I WiILL never go to this location again. Unprofessional!!

Worse service ever! Coffee tasted burnt Wouldn't even bother to help me with my order. They have a kiosk machine ok cool. I placed my order with it. I had questions because it wouldnt scan my rewards or coupons. So I ask for help. The man that was working the counter said i don't know anything about that I don't use it. They wouldn't even give me a Receipt Wouldnt knowledge me or even cancel my order to place with him. As a worker of cash register. You should be trained to help customers use it or get the Manager or someone that's knows. Just saying.

Never coming to this location again. I placed a mobile order for loaded hash browns, and put no bacon. I get my order and there is no queso, I go back to tell the worker and she yells at me saying “you put no queso” I was very upset about the service I have received!
