The service was extra slow, however the waitress did apologize and try to accommodate, our meal came out about an hour and twenty minutes late.

We booked a 5:30p reservation. Arrived and were seated at 5:15p. Asked for bread 3x, asked for second round of drinks after an hour of being there that we never received. Finally after 1hr and 45min, with no dinner, we left. The server simply said ‘that's just how it is here and here's a bill for the drinks'. Um no- I spoke to a manager and she covered the drinks and we left. Sadly- we won't go back. Ever.

Gino's always offers a steadily high-quality experience: professional, friendly staff providing excellent service, great food & drinks. We were not rushed. We truly enjoyed our night out on Saturday with our family visitors.

We went for an early Father's Day dinner and everything was delicious! We had the house peppers and the calamari for an appetizer followed by lobster bisque before our entrees came. Our entrees were the steak and cake as well as the filet. Cooked perfectly and we both got the double baked potato for the side. We also got a side of the brussel sprouts and everything was perfection. We were too full from all our food, we didn't get to enjoy any dessert but, they all sounded delicious, we probably wouldn't have been able to choose!

The menu has good variety. I thought the quality of the food wasn't as good and the service dragged a bit. But the drinks, desserts and ambience were top notch. I still recommend this place I just think the food quality could be upped and the service pace picked up.

so very disappointed.. we had eaten at Ginos 2 weeks earlier and it was overall excellent . They had a special may menu with rack of lamb. We went back especially for that and they were out. The waitress told us they run out of specials frequently and to call ahead. We ordered alternate items and of the 4 of us only one meal met an acceptable standard. My perch was dry and a very small order.. My friends seafood looked and tasted like it had been precooked and stored. The hostess did come over and ask about our meal we were honest about the quality. She listened walked away and never returned. If you are going to ask and it isn't up to par..do something about it.. I have to say our waitress was very efficient. We may return but it will be a long while If this was the first time I had eaten at Ginos I would never return. I would have appreciated being offered alternative entrees. Or some acknowledgement

Been going to Ginos forever, went date night Saturday, May 24, 2025, thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was outstanding and our service by Tony D, exceptional as usual. Pricing a little higher than we've been use to $$$$ so depends on what you are expecting to pay as well I guess. But you cant go wrong with the food and service. Try it for your self !!

Ordered the roquefort crusted filet so delicious melt in your mouth steak. A salad with roquefort dressing (the Best). Also, a double baked potato, so yummy! The best place for a birthday celebration. Being served by Lisa was such a joy and the sweet man making sure we were comfortable; we did not catch his name. Gracias for your kindness. OH, by the way; they make the best LEMON DROP!!!

Love the newly renovated restaurant. Decided to sit at the bar vs. table and that was not the best decision.
Went on Mother's Day. I didn't care for being seated in the back room. But I get that it was crowded

First time since remodel.. Beautiful. Food was amazing but not a menu i would typically choose from for an 11 a.m. meal. A bit spendy as well but portions were respectable. Disappointed that we were charged for mimosas on mothers day when everyone else offers them for free. It's not like we asked for a bottle of Dom to be opened.

We had a lively evening celebrating an early Mother's Day! Food was delicious and service was excellent. The remodeled dining rooms and bar area was fantastic. We had an enjoyable evening.

Great dining experience. I highly recommend Gino's. My ribeye was perfectly cooked and the carmelized brussel sprouts were a treat. Ordered carrot cake to go but found it dry. Still, food was enjoyable and was a great Mother's Day outing.
