Lamiya need to stop rushing with orders and listening to what the customer is requesting when paying for food items. Food was tasteless will not be back period. I rather drive to 75th and King drive ,when you know the product will be lip smacking good.

I've eaten at more than 8 Harold's locations across the City in the last 20 years with varying results. Some were great, some weren't worth finishing the plate. This was by far my best plate of food I have gotten from any Harold's location. I ordered the Saturday special ,a 1/4 white plate breast and wing lemon pepper mild sauced with an extra Thigh. Order was ready in time promised online. It was steaming hot and perfectly cooked. The Breast was tender thru and thru and the very large thigh was perfect even though I forget to request fried hard. I'm more of a Uncle Remus guy but this was top notch 4.7 out of 5. We'll see if it was luck on the next order.

This is one of the best Harold’s period, I know the owner and she’s lovely. However, Today I placed an online order well in advance and it was scheduled to be prepared and ready to go at 630. Not only was my order not ready, they hadn’t even started it! I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my food thus making me late to the event I ordered the food for. I barely even received an apology for the mishap. Very disappointing-

I ordered 4 wings yesterday. The fries were soggy I ordered a 8 oz mild and got a 8 oz coleslaw instead
I am genuinely overwhelmed due to the fact that I specifically drove to The restaurant and ordered my food at the counter specifically so that they would make it hot and fresh I specifically waited in the lobby for my food so that if they did call my order number and I would be there because I wanted my food to be hot. I have had food from this Harold's location before and my food was hot when I ordered a call in for a pick up. so you are able to know the difference when something has been sitting for a long time which is what they gave me.
I went next door to dollar tree for literally 3 mins and I returned and sat in the lobby for 10mins still waiting for my food.
I believe do I was stereotyped in that moment because of me being black and gay because again I order over the phone multiple times and my food has always been hot and I didn't get there for over 15mins and my food was still hot.
So when I say I feel like I have been judged is because they saw who I was and thought I didn't have enough common since to know the difference and also because they were busy they just wanted to get me out of the store.
It is not fair as I waited in that lobby and no one called my number and until 10 Mins after already waiting 10 mins before hand. The sign says every order is cooked to order so have a seat and relax but all I am now is upset and very frustrated and I don't feel like I am valued as a customer just like everyone else because they judged me.
I am more so upset because, when I gave them a tip and my food was not hot a not even a little bit!!???

Terrible chicken, too thick of breading, highly disappointing, fried green tomatoes way too thin, you couldn't even tell you were eating tomatoes. Fries were soggy. Second time visiting Harold's and the food was terribly disappointing. Will never go back. Spent $51.00 on.a bad experience.
