They never listen to the āFRIED HARDā request the okra always has hard sticks or something in it not sure what that be. The perch be fried til thereās no meat left and theyāre very SMALL. Barely put lemon pepper OR salt and pepper OR mild sauce because they more than likely want you to pay for āextraā when itās only two sprinkles in the first place. This is the closest Haroldās to me the only reason I patronize this establishment from time to time I always hope it will be better but they simply donāt care soā¦. And thereās always kids working the register and bagging the food that play entirely too much! The old lady that works in the morning can also be rude. They pick and choose so if youāre willing to risk it go but if not you better off going somewhere else.

When in the area we always order chicken from this location. The last time was about a year ago and from I remember the food was hot, fresh and delicious! This was NOT the case today! I took my kids to the jumpy place down the street, placed my order and we walked down to eat! When we walked in, the store smelled of really strong chemical/cleaning spray! The tables and floors were not cleaned and trash was on the floor. We ordered chicken tenders and fries for the kids and 6 piece fried hard, lemon pepper w/ extra sauce and fried green tomatoes. Everything was just wrong and not what we expected for $40. The fried green tomatoes were extremely thin and couldnāt see nor taste the tomato ( Iām not sure if it was an actual tomato in there) the breading was fried HARD!!! Our chicken wings were huge, not fried hard and barely any sauce, that we paid extra for. Now to my kids chicken tenders, they had a weird color to the breading almost as if it was really old oil maybe. We asked for ketchup for their tenders, THEY CHARGED FOR THE KETCHUP!!!!!! You mean to tell me, we paid $40 for all this food and we can get ketchup packets? I just canāt get over this. I say all this to say, just pass by and go to another location! This food and service was terrible and disappointing! I really hate spending money on food and Itās not satisfying!

Paid extra sauce on food and they only put the regular amount of sauce. I purchased extra sauce because there is never enough provided. As you can see some pieces have no sauce.

These little girls in here are not upfront or honest about the wait time and they should be, especially for delivery drivers. Do better.
Lamiya need to stop rushing with orders and listening to what the customer is requesting when paying for food items. Food was tasteless will not be back period. I rather drive to 75th and King drive ,when you know the product will be lip smacking good.

I've eaten at more than 8 Harold's locations across the City in the last 20 years with varying results. Some were great, some weren't worth finishing the plate. This was by far my best plate of food I have gotten from any Harold's location. I ordered the Saturday special ,a 1/4 white plate breast and wing lemon pepper mild sauced with an extra Thigh. Order was ready in time promised online. It was steaming hot and perfectly cooked. The Breast was tender thru and thru and the very large thigh was perfect even though I forget to request fried hard. I'm more of a Uncle Remus guy but this was top notch 4.7 out of 5. We'll see if it was luck on the next order.

This is one of the best Haroldās period, I know the owner and sheās lovely. However, Today I placed an online order well in advance and it was scheduled to be prepared and ready to go at 630. Not only was my order not ready, they hadnāt even started it! I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my food thus making me late to the event I ordered the food for. I barely even received an apology for the mishap. Very disappointing-
