Working in healthcare I’m usually short on time. I ordered online my custom Vito sandwich. Just for it not to be made as order. I’m sick of it.

I wanted to give a shout to Christina Vlamakis-Hernandez and her team at Jimmy John’s in Dyer & Highland. I had the pleasure of going to the Dyer Night Out on August 6th with my wife and kids and appreciated the respect that she gives to her customers and the above and beyond energy she gives to Jimmy John’s when she is out doing events which other towns are hosting.
I had the pleasure of meeting her back in 2014 at Jimmy John’s when my wife was pregnant and she was pregnant with her twins as well. Christina always had a smile on her face, took the time to talk with all of her customers, and when me and my wife had a taste for Jimmy John’s she would even ask about her and how she was doing. Still to this day she asks about my wife and kids and provides them a great experience when we go there. My wife appreciated how she was hosting a back to school backpack event at the Highland location which I took my kids to and she made them feel so happy to receive one with the school supplies in them and the Little John sandwich coupon card they used to get their sandwich which they enjoyed a lot.
Jimmy John’s definitely has an absolutely great individual that represents them the way they should be,

The service in here needs to be addressed. I went in today right when the store opened. I ordered a Beach Club and specifically said “no mayo”. The girl proceeds to drench the top piece of bread with mayo. I spoke up saying “I asked for no mayo please”. In a disgruntled way, she pushed the bread away acting like I inconvenienced and annoyed her. She proceeds to say, “you know it comes with mayo”. Yup, you’re right, it does but I don’t want that. I come home to see my sandwich I paid for drenched in mustard. I didn’t want that either. How rude, unnecessary, unkind and unprofessional of her. I won’t be visiting this location any longer. Your staff needs to be retrained on their attitude and listening skills. How disappointing. Terrible service.

I went up to the counter and the girl was on her cell phone (buisness was slow so I understand being on the phone) she had it really close to her face, i called twice to get her attention, she was maybe 5 feet away from the counter? The first time I thought she didnt hear me so i tried to get her attention again, no luck. There’s no way she didn’t hear me so she straight up ignored me, i had to wait (not long) for her male coworker to come out from the back to take my order, after he took my order the girl decided then it would be a good time to put her phone down and make my order. I get being on your phone when business is slow but come on.. don’t just flat out ignore customers!

I came in ordered my tuna sandwich & pasta . They girl made the whole sandwich when it was time to pay the cashier said oh I’m sorry our tap to pay does not work. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED BEFORE ORDERING MY MEAL. I WAS JUST THERE IN APRL & THE TAP TO PAY WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE. I REALLY HOPE YOU FIX THIS ISSUE BECAUSE I WANTED MY SANDWICH & PASTA. NOBODY CARRIES CASH OR CARDS ANYMORE. I AM LITERALLY PISSED YOU HAVE NO IDEO I BAD I WAS CRAVING THAT.
Went in to order and ordered 3 sandwiches. Got to my car and realized I only received 2, went back inside to get the other and was given a hard time but understandable during this time period. Sorted everything out and got my sandwich, along with slight attitude from the girl working(bagging items). Once I got home we found that one of our sandwiches has been drenched in mayo to the point the bread is soggy and mushy, the paper the sandwich is wrapped in is even soggy and soaked in mayo. Other 2 are fine but just a very odd and not pleasing experience, website will not let me provide feedback directly.

Quinn is a great sandwich maker!
This is by far the greatest Jimmy johns I have been to. The workers greeted me with a hello and carried on asking for what I wanted. The nice young fellow who was working the register was the kindest young man in the region. His name was quinn. Everyone needs a Quinn because this Quinn made me feel butterflies in my stomach. Oh Quinn, if you’re reading this. Just know, I’m thinking of you. I dream of your Lucious lochs and your glistening smile that makes the stars align. Anyway, my sandwich was fabulous and the lettuce to mayo ratio was flawless. Thank you Jimmy johns in dyer, for I have had my perspective changed on not only my sexu… my sandwiches, but my outlook on life.
