Boooooooooo once night crew . I go here often during the day and the day crew is Amazing!!!! Thank you for that . Night crew is much slower with awful food just lazy get rid of them seriously

They brought my breakfast to my table and the very hot coffee spill ed all over me , no said they were sorry no management came to check on me, and no one bothered to clean it up, I will never go back to any McDonald's, I'm done.what way to treat customers.

The staff here is the best around. Very friendly and has a small margin of errors. My good was great!!
Messed up food order
So I drink McDonald's iced coffee about 3-4's a DAY! (yes I know!) So needless to say I'm at different McDonald's locations all the time , My large iced caramel coffee extra caramel extra drizzle, cream and sugar is usually between $3.31 and 3 dollars and 55 cents depending upon the location usually, This particular McDonald's charged me 50 cents for the Carmel syrup, 50 cents for liquid sugar, and 40 cents for Carmel drizzle that I didn't even get, my coffee came to $4.70, the coffee itself is only $2.99. And honestly I wouldn't even have cared to pay the $4.70 if I would have gotten what I wanted and what I ordered but they charged me extra for stuff I didn't even get and I said to the girl when I got my coffee I said there's supposed to be caramel drizzle in there she's like yeah there is and shuts the window. I had to go somewhere so I didn't even bother going back in and having them remake it. So just be warned check your receipts. Only positive, is the lady that took my$ was nice. Wont be getting my coffee there.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & WHENEVER YOU ORDER IT TAKE THEM AT LEAST 10 MINUTES TO HAVE FOOD READY , WORKERS ARE ALWAYS NASTY AND SNOTTY AND PLAYING AND LAUGHING WHILE YOU WAIT ON FOOD OR FOR THEM TO FIX SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP IN WHICH 9 TIMES OUT OF TEN THEY WILL MESS U0
Bad customer service! I went in because they messed up my order. I was not yelling and just said you messed up my order, I got a burger and asked for a chicken. The lady didn't apologize or even acknowledge the mistake. I am okay with mistakes. The last time they messed up my order I didn't say anything. I am not okay with an non verbal attitude given.

I ordered a Sausage McGriddle meal, no cheese for $7.99. Just to receive a McGriddle it just egg and cheese something I didn’t ask for let alone its no deduction in price. I’m upset I’m not able to go back because I have to work but I will be seeing if they will accommodate me for my inconvenience.

Don’t go to this restaurant they spit or do worse things to your drinks if you own a nice vehicle same thing

Service with a smile first time visiting this location which is always busy.
The place was clean for a Sunday afternoon around the 12/1:00pm hours.
This location stays busy and the Manager on duty on this day made sure customers parked in the reserve parking spots on the side ( SO U DON’T HOLD UP DRIVE THRU TAFFIC) if there was going to be a delay on your order.
Came on 02/08/25 around the 12:00pm the oil used on the fries was bad check the oil at all times please!!
Get ready to pull ahead. I don't think I have ever ordered from this location and received my food at the window.
