Most expensive med. Cold brew I ever had loaded with ice. $6 plus. Coffee tasted watered down, clean tasting but weak flavor. The donut was $3.75. Was expecting something better for that price. Stans donuts, Rise n Roll and Dunkin are better. Won't be back.

My friend and I went here as a little get together and we wanted to try a new coffee place. We pulled in, worried they already closed but thankfully were open ? we walked in and the inside of the place was so nice. Relaxing and charming. The employee who helped us was kind and patient. We asked about the specialty donuts and apologized as they were all sold (understandable since we got there at 4:30 and they close at 6). We bother ordered a Firefly latte (super yummy), and one chocolate donut and a blueberry donut which I think is my favorite. We stayed for about an hour talking and we didn't feel rushed to leave and the worker let us take our time. When we were leaving we ordered one more drink and donut each. I'll definitely be returning again for the food and atmosphere. I enjoyed it very much!

I went to Recharge a few months ago. While waiting in line I notice a large horse fly in the donut case! Decided not today! Probably should have said something but I didn’t. Today I thought I’d try again. My customers love their donuts and I decided one more shot! They only had old fashion donuts. I wasn’t aware they changed a few things. It’s Tuesday and only old fashions! The girl working looked non interested in even being there. Last time I buy donuts there! Hopefully they will get better!

Super disappointed today in the service I received today. Mind you, I literally live around the block from what was my favorite cafe. I am here almost every other day if not everyday. It’s not the cheapest coffee, but I try to support local. Today, I ordered two iced coffees, as I always do, except today I ordered one without ice for my friend. You can see one is significantly less of an amount from the lid. I even asked the attendant if this was the proper protocol and she said “yes”. It’s definitely very petty and especially for a very regular costumer. I also just had to return the other day after I was given my usual ice coffee with an inch of coffee grounds on the bottom of it. Just disappointed and more than likely won’t be coming back. I can take a little longer of a ride to get my coffee at a lesser price, better service, and rewards.

Open at 7am and all donuts are gone by 8am. How can you have a coffee and donut shop when you never have donuts?! It's like going to a burger joint with no burgers. I'll go somewhere else where I can actually buy what they are offering!
