Ordered the classic combo pizza and an order of wings with mild sauce. Food was great, the family liked it! I am a Chicago native and picky about my pizza (thin, airy crust, lightly floured, and crispy) which is hard to find around town. Their thin crust is well balanced and has a good texture, not airy but that’s ok because the sauce and seasonings have rich flavors. The cheese is also consistent with New York style. Wings were spot on, breading is not too heavy or too light and the mild sauce is just right, actually better than a Wing Stop. One thing I’ll say is that the bake on the pizza leans toward more well done, so if you’re not into that put it in the notes. We like it crispy so no issues there. Prices were ok, look for their coupons and daily specials. Service was good, the worker was cordial. Give it a try and I recommend always calling in your order after placing it online to confirm your choices. This goes for wherever you order from!

It had been a couple of years since I came to this location because I had a bad experience with the food decided to get them another try. Ordered 218-in pizzas. Both were phenomenal!

I ordered a Chicago style pizza with spinach and garlic. I also requested it to be lightly browned. What I got... a burnt pizza, with spinach that tasted like it was a wet, wilted mess! The garlic looked and tasted like the jar kind. It was an awful pizza and they lost our business.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Absolutely atrocious customer service! I placed an order online and it didn't show it in their system but definitely took the money out of my account and they refused to make my order! Even after showing her the charge she STILL refused. I was genuinely flabbergasted. There was no manager on duty, the woman working barely spoke English. It was an absolute disaster. I had never been before tonight and you better believe I will NEVER return. Don't waste your money, go to Doreen's or choose a different Rosati's.

Ordered 2 double dough pizzas cost almost 80 dollars. Checked the pizzas no double dough. It was thin crust guy said that it was and the pizza by the slice was now called triple dough, not even on the menu and the pizzas had about 10 sausages on them combined . He said more would be double meat price.

I ordered the build your own pasta. I ordered fettuccine and it also was supposed to have mushroom sweet peppers chicken and garlic. I got mostacoli no sweet peppers and maybe 3 diced mushroom. There are maybe 4 small prices of chicken. I order this a lot and have never been soo disappointed

Pizza ordered had incorrect toppings. We literally walked to the car, each one of our children 4 yo be exact took a bite into a slice. That’s when we realized the order was incorrect, we didnt even leave the parking lot and walked right back into the restaurant to notify them. employees and manager said that they can’t give me a full pizza because the slices are missing so they would have to give me a smaller size . Manager was so unaccommodating to the fact that you cant have kids spit out food just to return it to prove a point. I'm so highly disappointed in the way they handled this situation. next time check your pizza before you leave, if you even order from here. don't open it in your car and try it. just order from somewhere else .
