So, this location has recently re-opened. Unfortunately, there is no longer a sitting area to lounge. What a way to say .. "get your items and go". Welp at least the prices, didn't go up.

I used to enjoy this Starbucks. I haven't been inside in a minute and it's soooo small, like a mini-Starbucks but not even nice. I ordered 4 drinks, no cup holder or straws. I had to wait another 2 minutes to get those items.

Having been to Starbucks in more than half the states in the US and 4 differenet countries, I’ve never had any experience as bad as this one. The barista was kind. But the lady taking orders was EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending. I’m just going to say she let her racism show a little this day. I’m the only person out of many who was basically accused of lying while waiting on my online order. I’m the only individual of many who didn’t get a smile or greeting. The way she spoke to me her attitude was despicable for a paying customer) and she should be ashamed of herself. Crazy, I was the only non-white customer in the store. The only customer who received such treatment.
Her name was Savannah for a $10 drink. I definitely deserved at least the same treatment as the other patrons.

This was my first time at a Starbucks ever! They were so patient with me, which is important because I am notoriously indecisive! I got a Grande White Mocha & it was $6 I think, which is why I only put 4 ⭐. They were very good, but I can't afford that on a regular basis.

I have visited this location three different times and have been the same bad experience. Rude baristas. Latte was weak it was a pretty much a hot cup of milk. Matcha drink tasted like a vanilla bean Frappuccino. We always enjoy the St. John location but we were in the Dyer area so decided to stop there. Baristas were just throwing the pastries bag down at counter . Will never be back. I’ll make the drive to my regular stop in either St. John or Schererville.
