We stopped at Subway 708 joliet, road traveling back from FL. Staff was helpful, friendly and the food was good too! Very courteous when waiting on you and they were busy! And food arrived quickly. Stopped on April 25, 2025.

Rude owners or their family members! My son and daughter were going to place an order when my son started chocking his older sister asked for a cup of water and they declined! I will not allow my kids to walk there after school, they can spend our money somewhere else!!!

I ordered a protein bowl and asked them if they would cut up the vegetables (so I didn’t get the salad all over me when I ate it in my car) they flat out said NO! Any other Subway has never had a problem with that request and has been happy to do it. I will never be back to this location!!

Subway not so fresh. They changed the bread and now it's a harder bread like stale not soft and fresh like it used to be. They're extremely skimpy with the meat, cheese and vegetables. Since they changed ownership this place really is a joke. Staff was nice. I'd give it zero stars, but I didn't have that option.

After the new owners took over at this location in Dyer they stopped accepting the deals offered on the app, so I stopped going to Subway. What's the point of going to this location if I can't take advantage of the offers on the Subway app.

Came on 02/08/25 around the 11:00am hour the place was empty yet very clean. The server was kinda down in the dumps 😞 but was able to fulfill my order in a timely manner. The sandwich because I always pretty much get the same thing ( Chicken) was good, fresh and delicious. Those Ms Vicki kettle chips are the bests. I always buy the Jalapeño Flavor but the original are JUSTS as good. I bought one bag of the Baja Chipotle will have to try later on.

I came in with a broken ankle and o e the staff members opened the door for myself. After order my food, another had gotten my drinks ready and my bags of chips for myself. Best customer service I've ever experienced or seen. Big shout out here to the 3 woman on shift. Muchlly appreciated.

The worst cold cut sandwiches I ever eat. There was only 4 slices of the cold cuts. They were very rude to my grand kids when they pick up my sandwich I will not be going to that subway again

I saw online that I would get a free cookie if I got the app and signed up, but I was denied that request disrespectfully. She even went on to pretend to give me a cookie and then just stood there laughing.
Not good customer service! me and my dad were trying to buy something, but they didn’t even look at us and were ignored badly. The two employees were just fighting and swearing at each other, while ignoring customers! Me and my dad asked them two times if they can take our order, but those employees ignored us and acted like we weren’t there!!

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. The young lady that took my order was very sweet and made a VERY good sandwich! I'm very picky when it comes to my Hoagie and the young lady taking my order was very sweet and polite and was able to get my order actually right! Maybe I came on a good day I don't know, but I received very good customer service and a very good turkey sandwich!
