The night staff for a consistent month at this point is rude, turns off all lights to make resturant appear closed, screamed “NO!” at my sister last night when she ordered her food, one time my friends and me pulled up around 10 pm and were denied service at this time “we aren’t serving people right now”,(as someone was at the drive through window) and employees have made inappropriate comments and gestures multiple times. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

My husband ordered 5 taco supreme with EXTRA meat which we paid EXTRA for and when he opened his taco, there was barely even a teaspoon of meat. He took it back to the counter, showed the young man and said we paid for extra meat. The young man said that is extra meat. I made it myself. Us: You're kidding me! Him: I can't take that back bc you touched it. (We only opened one, the other 4 were still wrapped). Him: I'm not going to argue with you.
He didn't offer to make it right but turned around and went back and all the young men working started laughing!!
Whatever happened to customer service? Is this how Taco Bell trains their staff? We have to place our order on a kiosk now? NOBODY takes your order. And they won't do anything to make the customer experience a good one. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! We will NEVER go there again and will spread the word!

Ordered a quick breakfast for my co workers and myself this morning. We all got breakfast crunchwraps which were delicious but also the service I received when picking up my order was wonderful. The woman working the drive thru window was so kind and helpful. Not many people recognize when they get good service, only the bad. Thank you!

They keep taking the good food off the menu. I asked for tostadas, which I've ordered since the 80's and I have some teenie bobber telling me that Taco Bell has never had tostadas. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!Then what happened to Taco Bell being the place to go for an inexpensive meal? OMG, they are more expensive than McDonald's
