I actually feel that was the reason your employees retaliate by shorting the food due to me denying the change round up donation. This location in my opinion isn’t high traffic. I walked in asking help to redeem my coupon. They half way helped me just showing me the steps I did already and walked off. So no I did not get to use my coupon on my trip today. Poor customer service is too common nowadays a days.

Great Experience at Taco Bell in Dyer, IN!
Today, I skipped my usual go-to spots for Taco Bell because it was cold, and I didn’t feel like getting out of the car. I’m so glad I did! I tried the Steak and Fries Nachos with Garlic Butter Sauce on the side, plus two Double Tacos with light meat from the value menu—all for just $11.
The Steak and Fries Nachos were absolutely delicious, and the tacos were fresh and made to order. While I wish they had added a bit more cheese and included napkins in the bag, the staff was clean, friendly, and punctual.
I’ll definitely be back to this location soon. And I won’t forget to grab some Taco Bell Fire Sauce—it takes everything up a notch! 🔥

The night staff for a consistent month at this point is rude, turns off all lights to make resturant appear closed, screamed “NO!” at my sister last night when she ordered her food, one time my friends and me pulled up around 10 pm and were denied service at this time “we aren’t serving people right now”,(as someone was at the drive through window) and employees have made inappropriate comments and gestures multiple times. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
pulled into the drive through at about 11pm and after i ordered my food i was screamed “no” at then was not given a receipt or anything!!

My husband ordered 5 taco supreme with EXTRA meat which we paid EXTRA for and when he opened his taco, there was barely even a teaspoon of meat. He took it back to the counter, showed the young man and said we paid for extra meat. The young man said that is extra meat. I made it myself. Us: You're kidding me! Him: I can't take that back bc you touched it. (We only opened one, the other 4 were still wrapped). Him: I'm not going to argue with you. He didn't offer to make it right but turned around and went back and all the young men working started laughing!! Whatever happened to customer service? Is this how Taco Bell trains their staff? We have to place our order on a kiosk now? NOBODY takes your order. And they won't do anything to make the customer experience a good one. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! We will NEVER go there again and will spread the word!

Ordered a quick breakfast for my co workers and myself this morning. We all got breakfast crunchwraps which were delicious but also the service I received when picking up my order was wonderful. The woman working the drive thru window was so kind and helpful. Not many people recognize when they get good service, only the bad. Thank you!
