Check your portions cause they trying to finesse people really bad here order 2 luxe boxes with the street chalupas boths sets of them had no ingredients in them at all i was not about to say anything when i say the first one was like that but when the 2nd one had 2 pieces of chicken in with barely any sauce or pico..i went tok the counter too tell them angel was the gentleman who was trying to help me and apologized for it and was gonna have the kitchen to remake it ..kitchen didnt want to remake it at forst and start to gove dirty looks they then said they would need the one back which was not a problem cause what i was gonna do with only bread and cheese chalupa ..but the fact they even pull this to begin with is ridiculous taco bell is already over priced for the portion and then to rob people like this is wild ..will not be back at this location again ..and would highly recommended if they do this too you ..let them know dont let them get away with it get what you paid for please ...thank you Angel for being a good worker and trying to help get customers what they pay for

We use the drive-through and had a very pleasant experience. All of our food was hot and tasty, and the customer service was excellent. The person who took my order in the person who took my money were extremely pleasant and accommodating.

The doritoloco supreme had hardly any meat no sour cream. I took pictures of it but you have no option to post them. AND I'm sick and tired of you all asking us for donations like round up change. I actually feel that was the reason your employees retaliate by shorting the food due to me denying the change round up donation. WHY DO YOU HIRE THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE THE US THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE? DEI? Cause this seems to be most of your stores. I'm starting to think of BOYCOTTING
This location in my opinion isn’t high traffic. I walked in asking help to redeem my coupon. They half way helped me just showing me the steps I did already and walked off. So no I did not get to use my coupon on my trip today. Poor customer service is too common nowadays a days.

Great Experience at Taco Bell in Dyer, IN!
Today, I skipped my usual go-to spots for Taco Bell because it was cold, and I didn’t feel like getting out of the car. I’m so glad I did! I tried the Steak and Fries Nachos with Garlic Butter Sauce on the side, plus two Double Tacos with light meat from the value menu—all for just $11.
The Steak and Fries Nachos were absolutely delicious, and the tacos were fresh and made to order. While I wish they had added a bit more cheese and included napkins in the bag, the staff was clean, friendly, and punctual.
I’ll definitely be back to this location soon. And I won’t forget to grab some Taco Bell Fire Sauce—it takes everything up a notch! 🔥
