Ordered a quick breakfast for my co workers and myself this morning. We all got breakfast crunchwraps which were delicious but also the service I received when picking up my order was wonderful. The woman working the drive thru window was so kind and helpful. Not many people recognize when they get good service, only the bad. Thank you!
Requested sauce wasn't in bag. They didn't make my drink. I was in drive through and had to go in store to get ssuce. They acted like it was my fault. I showed receipt to prove their error.
I don't often review major chain fast food shops. However this might be the best Taco Bell I have ever been too. The staff is extremely prompt and friendly. They are very careful and have just once made a mistake on my order (i have ordered here a lot and my wife has a dairy allergy) The one time they had to remake it nothing but respect apologies with a smile on their face. I will go back.
