Babas famous steak & lemonade

Ordered a gyro plate off Uber eats. The description states it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, sauce, onions and two pita breads. I received my order without sauce.

I went up to the restaurant because I was so upset and I spoke with the lady at the counter who says although the description states it comes with the sauce if you don’t request the sauce in the add a note section they won’t provide it. WELL I BE DAMN! So you mean to tell me, you have it listed as in it comes with the meal but you send these orders out without the sauce to customers ordering online. She proceeds to say yes, because when customers order in the store we ask if they want the sauce or not. I asked if they get a lot of complaints and she said yes. That lets me know they don’t give a damn about customer service or satisfaction and therefore I will be taking my business else where from now on. If I pay for something, I expect to receive it. It was an inconvenience for me to come out after paying Uber to deliver it. They did remake the fries, after I asked.

The food was trash. They gave me the crispiest pieces of the gyro meat they could shave off. Not worth the money or the review but just beware. You don’t get what you are paying for or maybe you do. If you want better service or good food cook it yourself.

The food that I had is extremely nasty and I will not go back again

Employees need to pay attention. I just pulled the meat off the bread, but there was no cheese on my “cheesesteak”! Provably because the woman who works the front counter is usually busy flirting with the cooks. Food was mediocre. I’ve picked many deliveries up from this location, but this was my first and last time ordering for myself.

They don't deserve this one star! Today I ordered a crunchy chicken salad from this location, but when I arrived to work, I realized there was no fork in the bag. To make matters worse, the salad only had lettuce, onions, and crunchy chicken chunks—no tomatoes, cheese, or cucumbers. I was at work and not in a position to take it back, otherwise I would have. Babas in East Chicago, IN will NEVER get my business again!

This was a last minute choice last night and I’m happy I did. It’d been at least a year or so since I ordered from here. As you can see I had already ate 1/3 of it. The beef was so good, had great flavor, the bread was fresh, and the fries had plenty of mild sauce on them as requested. The wait wasn’t long, maybe 10 minutes. Cashier was friendly. Overall, I’ll be back!

Me and my wife went to the restaurant we bought wings, popcorn, chicken, and some cake when we got home we found that the wings were boneless when we wanted bone and we called them and they said the kitchen was closed and that will make us fresh tomorrow we asked him if they wanted the old one back they said no we called them and they act like they asked us for the food back even though they said no …. Funny part was me and my wife were talking about how good service they had after the phone and how we were gonna come back, but I guess not anymore…

4 times I've tried going there between 12:20 and 12:30 says on Google they are open til 1am but they lock the doors everytime

They sold me a spoiled chicken dinner yesterday evening it smelled really bad didn’t even need to taste it….. Horrible place to eat from I will NEVER buy anything from there again. ??

Not the end of the world but pay attention. No tomatoes.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from them through door dash and they do not put cheese on my fries. The food is pretty decent but this is unacceptable. Nacho cheese is a very cheap expense let alone potatoes. They don’t answer their phone either.
