Took y'all long enough to finally SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! Its was a shame we live a couple miles away but always went to Munster or Burnham bk (which should be shut down too!)

Worst experience everrrrr if I could give no stars I would ordered almost 50 dollar meal missing 2 items and rest of my food was cold called and they denied my call twice then when I get otp they don’t let me talk and wouldn’t let me speak by talking over me to tell me they were closing should close this store down n the people that work there should not be in costumer service ?

Zero stars they don't even deserve 1 I ordered the tricolor deal and a kids cheeseburger meal I was told to pull up and sat for 10 minutes. I went in and asked for my food to get a rude response. I am not understanding what I was waiting for nuggets were hard and cold and fries were old ? manager showed no interest in how her employees interact with the customers. I will continue my service at the Hammond location and will not be back to East Chicago location

Person at the register was more interested in texting than taking my order. I was the only person in line. When I finally ordered, she went back to texting and I had to ask for my cup. Took 18 mins to get my food. Go somewhere else for better service.
