I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot… and what I got was a big ol’ cup of straight milk on ice. No coffee. No “extra shot.” Not even a whisper of caffeine. Would not recommend unless you’re a baby cow.

On Tuesday I order a hot coffee and a donut and they try to give me icedcoffee soil paid for that ans for the hot coffee is about a dollar less and never give me my change so today that I got there I ask the girl at the window and I said a word that I always say tacuache but I dint mean it to offend anyone and on the back a hear the older lady start telling that I have to respect everyone and dont call names to the people ... so I told her I talk like that and I dint mean any disrespectful to anyone .. but she Got mad and I told her to calm down that's how talk and she started yelling at me so I talk to her back telling her to comedown.... I am a costumer that I been coming to this establishment since they open and am a costumer that come every single day for months and a whole year around.. but now with this they just lost a round year costumer.... 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Worst service ever. I paid for two medium cappuccinos and got basically milk and syrup no coffee. I drink them almost every day . When I asked about it, the girl said she put in 3 shots of espresso… yeah, sure from what I know you only put two . Ended up having to pay for my espresso shots. Definitely needs some extra training. Never coming back !! 😠

Drinks taste different every time, like a surprise roulette you didn’t ask for. Quality control? Never heard of her.
Drive-thru’s just as unpredictable. Maybe you’ll get someone friendly, or maybe it’s “PUll UP” shouted through the mic like you’re bothering them.
Moral of the story: check your drinks. Taste them. They’re supposed to follow their own SOP, but apparently, that’s optional here.
I've noticed that at this new location, my orders often come out incorrect, even when there are only a few cars ahead of me. The coffee also sometimes tastes off, as if certain ingredients are missing. It might help if the staff could focus more on paying customers rather than on taking large orders to-go or giving out free coffee to friends and family. I believe that improving this focus could enhance the overall service experience for everyone.
