For a small Dunkin, the morning crew is always friendly and on point. The evening crew is too, but I mostly go in the AM.
The donuts are not same and not made in house, but that's most of them, now.
I mostly get drinks and never had an issue.

I got a triangle bagel. Then to get 4 bagels it cost over $16.00. Do you know how many bagels you can get at the grocery store for that much?

I been going to this Dunkin all most everyday of the year. Just recently about 3months back when the 2$ coffee expired. I been getting a Dunkin refill. The price is much higher here the manager Claudia charging me $4.30 for a refill. I complain and ask for the required pumps so I can save .50 she refused to understand this went on for about a month. As of 5/28/24 she refused my business and called the police on me. I’m so upset because I calmly ask her why does she over charge me. Other locations allow you to have a flavor coffee. According to Claudia if your drink is made wrong your the one that needs to go find another franchise. this is my neighborhood but unfortunately I can not attend this location because she told police it’s trespassing.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was exceptional, thanks to Kaprice, Patricia, and the entire staff. Their friendly service and efficiency made the experience seamless. The donuts were delicious as always, leaving me eager to return for more. Additionally, their coffee is top-notch, and it's impressive how they always know my order when I arrive. Kaprice, Patricia, and the staff's commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Either the brand, quality, or how the employees are making the coffee is different. I buy coffee approximately 3-4x a week from the East Chicago, Columbus drive location. Their prices have increased, but the quality of the coffee has decreased. I will no longer purchase from this location and will alert my friends and family who are also coffee drinkers to do the same.
