I went to Dunkin Donuts in East Chicago on Columbus Ave for two different days in the same week. They had no coffee rolls or glaze donuts, what donuts shop DON'T HAVE DONUTS. I was not a satisfied customer. This is not a good Dunkin Donuts.

I always traveled to the Columbus location because they made my coffee just the way I asked. They don't anymore and it's disappointing. I know it gets busy but the paying person should still get what they're asking for. I started doing mobile orders for drive through pickup. I ordered large coffee just the way I like it. I get to the window and the girl is holding a smaller cup. I had to repeat i ordered a large. They put the coffee from the smaller into the large like i didnt see it. I knew they would mess up from there and they sure did. Got a large cup of nasty!!! I will go to another location so I can feel happy again. I love the coffee but I can't stand bad customer service or not being listened to.

I'm an early bird so I use the app for all my orders. When I pull up to this location they are always on point, sometimes they do have a line but it doesn't take to long and if you order ahead it's a lot more quicker. The ladies in their are always on point kuddos to them.

This dunkin is close to me and more convenient but I refuse to go to this one anymore and will not. I know drive to the next town over on my way to work to get my dunkin. My last straw was in ordering my regular coffee with mocha. It was handed to me and as it was handed to me I could tell it didmt look right. I produced to let the girl she takes the coffee and im guessing the manager comes back and says that just how the Carmel looks hands me back the coffee. Before I could even say anything she walks away. 1. I didn't order Carmel in my coffee and 2 and most importantly im ALLERGIC to Carmel. Since she walked away I just drove off and ended up throwing out the coffee and stopping and the now only dunkin I will be stopping on my way to and having to pay for another coffee.

The quality of the drinks at this location has noticeably declined. I always order the same, very basic iced coffee, but lately it’s been a gamble every time. Sometimes it’s weirdly thick, sometimes it barely has any ice, and other times it tastes like straight syrup. Isn’t there supposed to be a standard recipe for menu drinks? Consistency really needs to be improved here.

For a small Dunkin, the morning crew is always friendly and on point. The evening crew is too, but I mostly go in the AM.
The donuts are not same and not made in house, but that's most of them, now.
I mostly get drinks and never had an issue.
I got a triangle bagel. Then to get 4 bagels it cost over $16.00. Do you know how many bagels you can get at the grocery store for that much?
