The quality of the drinks at this location has noticeably declined. I always order the same, very basic iced coffee, but lately it’s been a gamble every time. Sometimes it’s weirdly thick, sometimes it barely has any ice, and other times it tastes like straight syrup. Isn’t there supposed to be a standard recipe for menu drinks? Consistency really needs to be improved here.
For a small Dunkin, the morning crew is always friendly and on point. The evening crew is too, but I mostly go in the AM.
The donuts are not same and not made in house, but that's most of them, now.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts was exceptional, thanks to Kaprice, Patricia, and the entire staff. Their friendly service and efficiency made the experience seamless. The donuts were delicious as always, leaving me eager to return for more. Additionally, their coffee is top-notch, and it's impressive how they always know my order when I arrive. Kaprice, Patricia, and the staff's commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Can't wait to visit again...
