Customer service was A-1. She took my order last minute ( I had a huge order ) which I appreciate and half of these black owned restaurants would not do that. I did find a little piece of something odd in the spaghetti. I’m not sure what it was or if it was a piece of the herbs from the spaghetti but it was a light brown color of wood. Besides that error , ALL of the food tasted good, I would revisit if I visited east Chicago again. The peach cobbler was superb, fish seasoned and cooked to perfection, yams sweet but not overly sweet, etc . This is a place definitely worth trying and the light skin lady who took my order was very nice and patient with me.

Every time I come here she’s taking my order, having me try new things or throwing something in the bag lol. ITS DELICIOUS!!!! SHE WONT DISAPPOINT

I ordered over the phone, she told me 30 minutes and it was right on time!...Order the Stuffed Turkey burger, Jerk egg rolls and my co worker had the Philly cheese steak egg rolls...Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious... I think we ate everything with our eyes closed LOL The only thing better than the food was the customer service, She was so nice (I think it was the owner). She did mentioned Customers ordering over the phone and not picking up there order and that is absolutely "Their LOSS" because you're missing out! She has now earned herself a couple of regulars, we will definitely be ordering again SOON!!

I drive all over for work and try small restaurants in every town because they're always the best. This place kept true to that. I'll be back anytime I'm in east Chicago. Everything was made fresh.
I ordered a little of everything. Chicken wings- well seasoned and cooked perfect. Stuffed beef burger- stuffed with spinach and cheese I believe. Again well seasoned and delicious. Mac & cheese- delicious! Greens- she went off with the greens. I add salt to everything and didn't add a thing to these. Perfect. Jerk chicken eggroll- something I've never had. Loved it. Buffalo egg roll- same. Great. Peach cobbler- incredible. One of my favorites. Peach cobbler egg roll- also something I've never had I loved it. Fries- were ok. Like a standard seasoned frozen fry I believe. But I didn't come for fries lol. Everything else was outstanding. Jerk chicken fried rice- this was a bonus she let me try while my food was cooking and it was also delicious.
Lady was super nice, looking forward to eating here again. Enjoy!

The food was delicious!!! The stuff turkey burgers are a must have ??? I also had the fish tacos my daughter loved them. The wings where good definitely a hit. Also the peach cobbler ????. The owner was so so nice I will be back . Orders are 20min wait but It is worth it!!!! Please go try will not disappoint ??

I really enjoyed eating here. My daughter and myself ordered out I had a large catfish dinner fried Hard (Mac n cheese, smothered potatoes) and some peach cobbler and it was down right delicious and my daughter got the loaded jerk potato. It’s was a big meal and it put us both to sleep. Everything was fresh. Kiya’s Kitchen yams was fresh out the pot. She did that#BlackOwned establishment . Sorry we ate everything so no picture this time

The customer service was excellent. I was greater with a beautiful smile, great attitude, amazing vibe. The food was amazing Turkey chops & jerk egg rolls were on point, the sides were delicious. The energy was amazing. If you're ever in the area, I recommend you give Kiya's kitchen a try.
